No TV heating didn't work properly. Bed was worse than prison and very painful service was awful spokenvto rude uncomftorble dirty cold would never go back and would like a refund this was shocking

Nice hotel took a bit of tike for check in bit had everything u needed in the room

The room we booked as a triple turned out to have a double and single bed, with no blinds or curtains over the tiny window. Furthermore, the absence of a toilet seat is simply unacceptable. The noise from shouting and door slamming throughout the night added to the already poor experience. Cleanliness standards were far below expectations. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. Urgent improvements are needed to meet even basic standards.

Flat pillows a bed you can feel every spring in. Really tatty room with peeling wallpaper in fact the whole place was tatty. TV didnt work and no tea or coffee facility in the room. Lads outside smoking ****. However it seems a popular place with the locals for entertainment and the staff were polite. We stayed as a base for a function we were going to elsewhere, in the afternoon, thankfully we only needed to be there overnight we checked out early the next day. Should have read the reviews before we booked they are 100% reliable.

My husband has come come back from a 1 night stay here. He is covered in bed big bites clusters all over his arms and on his head. My son who was in the same room as him has some also but my husband has come off worse. Room 8. I have tried to contact the hotel no answer

Nice clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great all day breakfast just what was needed after long journey. Good bus route for Birmingham City centre. Great value for money if just needing a base to visit Birmingham or Black Country.

Absolutely shocking room, nothing like the pictures shown on **********. We had a twin bedroom which was filthy. The bedroom window did not close/shut. There was graffiti over the bed and bathroom ceiling. A radiator heater had been broken off the bedroom wall which left wires exposed. There was so many faults with this room.

I had my wedding reception here and it was was no s**t givern attitude Couldn’t get the rooms corrected and me and my newly husband had to take what ever room they had left witch was one without any lightening on our wedding night Not only that but they STOLEN PART OF MY WEDDING SUIT I had my wrist coat handed is (mos bros ) When asking if they had it they said they did when I went to get it they said they haven’t got it ! Leaving me now with a bit of my wedding suit missing I’m gutted !! As my mother brought it me for my big day

Noisy - you can hear everything people in other rooms do, no facilities - not even a bin, water leaking from ceiling, someone tried to fix it with black tape..only good thing is the free parking and the quiet area..
