The staff was really helpful. When we first got to our room, we noticed the heater was not working. They immediately tried to fix it, but ended up moving us to another room within half an hour. The room could have been cleaner- there was a wad of hair on the bathroom floor and spider webs in the corner.

Great renovated room! The free parking was super tough if you have a large SUV. Staff was really helpful. From the outside and the common areas, it’s rough looking, but the renovated room made up for it!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was somewhat outdated but clean. It felt a little more like a Motel instead of a Hotel

easy to walk to restaurants; keys were difficult to make w3ork, noisy footsteps from upstairs.

Great value and location, clean rooms and friendly service. My only complaints were: 1. They could only give us 1 key per roll. This was fine since we were just going to sleep there and head up to Mammoth for the rest of the weekend, but could have been a problem if we had other plans and some of us were coming/going at different times. I mean, this is a national motel chain- you should have extra key cards, or charge us a dollar for one at the very least! (said they were running low because they were fully booked…) 2. Breakfast choices very sp****- luckily they had waffles which my teen boys loved, but no fruit. no hard boiled eggs, only one type of cereal next to 2 empty dispensers, 1-2 types of bread, jelly but no PB or cream cheese. I’d like to think they could be better prepared. We were down there at 6:45am so it couldn’t have run out.

A decent hotel to stay for a night or two. The only complaint is the AC, which is a bit loud and never shuts off. We have to turn it on and off so we could feel comfortable or sleep.

Accommodating staff. Property AND rooms felt brand new / refurnished. Breakfast was included like waffles, coffee, juice, and bagels. There are restaurants that were 5-10 minute walk depending on what you are looking for which was convenient. The place was about 45 minutes away from Mammoth Village. Only issue I encountered was our room key randomly deactivates but their front desk easily addresses this. Overall, we had a greater experience than what I expected.

The place is wonderful for an overnight stay on your way to Mammoth. Rooms are clean and accessible. The only downside is the HVAC which is noisy. Will keep you up all night.
