The stay was fine as was the room, this is usually my favorite hotel in town. But I guess it is under new management and they have changed a bunch of this things in the pool and common areas that make it less of a fun place for groups and families to stay. It just ruined the reason it was my fav hotel, will probably stay elsewhere when traveling with a group for sports from now on

The young man that checked us in was absolutely amazing! Friendly and customer service minded. It was a breath of fresh air as people have lost the ability to provide customer service! The young man was GREAT!!!!

We stayed here overnight to be able to have a family night and swim. My kids loved the pool! I will say that I’d stay here again strictly for the pool. The one staff member was rather rude to my FIL who specifically requested a first floor room due to mobility issues. He was promised a room on first floor but ended up staying on third floor. There were stains on the bedding and the pull out couches in which you can use as another bed (esp since we had 2 adults and 3 kids) were dirty with food crumbs in the sheets. The breakfast was decent!

The staff was amazing, the facility was under some kind of construction and our room smelled musty mildew like, breakfast was great when it was stocked they ran out of things like they didn’t have enough for all the guests they were accommodating

Overall was nice but when checking in the guy at the front desk said exactly 6 words to me. Didnt greet me or thank me. Just "your room is down the hall"

Mold and mildew in windows. Mildew smell every time the air turned on for heat or cool. Their explaination- its the weather. No. Simple good cleaning would prevent this kind of mildew and mold.

The room was dirty..dirty tub, dirty bathroom, it stunk in the room, the beds were uncomfortable, i used to be a housekeeper in a motel back in the 70's and 80's during the oil boom and we had the cleanest rooms...we were not pleased at all about the stay in your motel..the bed skirts were dirty...need to clean a lot better especially when the price is over $100.00...didn't even want to take a shower...the mirrors were dirty etc., etc...need better cleaner rooms...

Our room was never cleaned and we were there for 5 days the toilet paper holder was broken the sink was broken.. there was never any clean towels in the pool area unless we went to the front desk to ask we had to ask for bedding for the the pull out couch and that was a pain and it was a pain to get extra towels for the room

I really want to love this place! However not so good overall. Room was not that clean either was the pool area. Also FYI if you're planning as a family NO food in the pool area and not good seating options for enjoying a pizza with the family.
