ラマダ バイ ウィンダム ビスマルク(Ramada by Wyndham Bismarck)

We have stayed her a couple times now while doing business in the area. We have had no issues with the service, booking, or cleanliness of the hotel. It is also centralized so it is easy access to the interstate and surrounding areas. Plus, the price is right. We recommend this place to others.

The first room I was in had a heater that was obnoxiously loud. I did eventually move into a different room where the heater worked properly. While the hotel was adequate for my overnight needs, it was certainly more outdated that it appears in pictures.

There is consistency in this location. I have stayed at this Ramada on a few occasions for the past two years and I count on a friendly staff, quiet sleep and a good breakfast.

For the price we paid, I did not expect much for breakfast, but they had sausage links, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, & waffles beyond the usual toast, cereal, juices, milk, & yogart. Plus there was a lounge/bar on site with a full liquor license.

The key for the door outside entrance door didnt work and thst caused pain! The person at the front desk gave our key number to out room to sone intoxicated guest and they tried to break in out door of our room. Scary and horribly dangerous.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was nice and warm - all ready when you come in from the cold. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be booking with them again soon. We travel to Bismarck periodically for doctoring and this was much better than where we've stayed before and very affordable!

The host say I was a senior person and moved me from 2nd floor down to first floor. very good food.

I was happy to see that the hotel was clean and properly taken care of. It's not completely up-to-date, but it's obvious that progress is being made. One issue was the pool room was very cold, so getting out of the cold pool was unpleasant. Also, the heater/Fan in the room was very loud, which was a little disturbing at night while trying to sleep. Otherwise satisfied with our stay.

Had to change rooms beds were so hard Pool room freezing, had to stop swimming cause our eyes burned 5 night stay and no maid service, make up on the walls Pen writing from a child on the wall. Lots of stains in the carpet.
