The Manuela Rose

Very dated b and b. Room cramped and in need of deep cleaning and decorating. Black mould on walls and ceiling. Outside space very dismal and untidy. No reception area just a desk in the breakfast room. Bathroom very small, and shower had a mind of its own! Located near to the Tower, but that was the only good thing.

Spent enjoyable couple of days visiting the illuminations with family. B&B a little dated but our room was quiet and very clean. Very comfy beds with nice clean sheets and towels plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Staff fantastic especially Pippa who served our lovely breakfasts was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Kevin the owner very welcoming and very helpful. In a great location very close to the tower and town centre and coral island. Highly recommend this B&B. Great value for money.

Hotel is a little dated and could do with a bit of a makeover. Smelt a bit musty. Our room was clean but the heater was not screwed onto the wall properly , the shower didn't work properly. Furniture was like from when I was a kid. Bed was comfy. Nice clean towels. The saving grace for the b & b was the breakfast it was very enjoyable and very nice and always hot. Nothing too much trouble for the 2 staff members who were serving breakfast. In a great location near to Blackpool centre and central pier and cotal island. Dont think I'd stay here again.

AMAZING weekend, would definitely recommend this b and b, the staff are fantastic, the bar downstairs is just the size coral island 2 minute walk limited car space outside, but main car park just across the road £22 for 48 hours well we’re the trip 👏👏👏👏👏

Staff were very polite, Very clean and quiet, we spent a lovely 4 days during Easter holiday, plenty of tea and coffee, comfortable bed I would highly recommend this place, Mr and Mrs Campbell from London

This was my first visit to Blackpool and certainly not my last. The owners Kevin and Pat were very friendly and took good care of me. I enjoyed my breakfasts, the staff took my daily order as not to waste any food. My room was nice and quiet. It had everything I needed. The location was nearby the busstop and shops around the corner the beach was a 5 minute walk. Close to the Tower, Sea Life and Madam Toussaud. The cinema,theater and gym is a 10 minute walk away. I certainly intend on coming back to Manuela Rose in the future.
