Very convenient location, and the room was very clean. Last minute trip and was so easy to book the room!

Nice, friendly Not your usual hotel at all. Great location, very special.

The beds were okay to sleep on, the shower was plenty warm, the staff were great, and the breakfast was good. Other than those items that’s the extent of positive items. Every night I could hear every single person come and go, any conversation could be heard, the high school group that was above us sounded like they were running around and practicing gymnastics until like midnight, it would shake the bed anytime they ran or jumped. To top it off the AC unit couldn’t hold a temperature at all, I constantly woke up through the night to either and over or a refrigerator. I understand that sometimes you get these things with hotels but for the price I paid, none of those should have been a thing.

This is a gorgeous hotel offering virtually every amenity you could ask for. It has the ambiance of an old chalet, but has every modern convenience. The staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. It is coveniently located near grocery, gas and restaurants, all within an easy walk. The bed was one of tge most comfortable weve enjoyed in a hotel. Only minor issue we had was breakfast was not available until 7 am. We had to be on the road before that time. A switch to 6 am start would make more covenient for many travellers

Pool was nice. Thats it. Room was ok. Will not recommend!! Kids running theough the halls at 1030 pm screaming staff did nothing. Cleaning peraon left dirty pillowcases bloody with buggers thats nice. Mmm who wants to lay their head on that. I work for large insurance company based here ... everyone is going to hear about this. Got a $30 credit that did not make us for the lack of sleep or the nasty pillowcases they left. Of course there was no real mgr on duty.

Got the superior room. Which had renovated bathroom fixtures, but walls and doors and fixtures were still a bit old and run down. Not nearly enough outlets anywhere! We had to unplug the microwave so my daughter had somewhere to charge her phone. The rooms are not sound proof and the doors slamming and people talking in the hall were SO loud!! Breakfast area and pool was very crowded each day, and food just average. Pillows were very small and not nearly enough of them. Kind of a dump. Upon entering the lobby front door, a strong mildew smell greeted me. Some kind of water issue. The building is run down and old. Would not stay here again.

Beds are terrible! Thin and no support. Toilet has issues flushing, walls in room could use some repairs. Free breakfast burnt or no taste. Set up weird too. White table clothes with hair all over them. Hot tube closed for maintenance and pool/area very cold. Workers don't answer phones and lines to check in took an hour. Early check in has a cost too.

The hotel was a bit dated but had tons of character . Staff was friendly and helpful . Decent continental breakfast . Good price and would not hesitate to stay here again .
