Stuck at MSP due to fog at destination. Served its purpose. Friendly shuttle drivers. Gosh! It took a long time for the credit card hold to come off!! Over five days! ~thanks

Called ahead to inform them that we would be using the park and fly. I was told to just let them know at check in. Informed them at check in and they said they were full and could only run shuttle once an hour. Very inconvenient. So had to find a different place to park and make it to the airport in time.

The bad first: ******* says that they have 24hr shuttle service to the airport. They do not. Shuttle only runs from 4am-noon. No evening shuttles. ******* also says that parking is $10per day. It is actually $10 for an overnight and $20per day for long term parking. This coupled with no evening shuttle will make you drive to the airport and just pay the $25 a day there and not have to arrange transportation back to the hotel at an additional cost. Also parking at the hotel was terrible. Not enough spots. People were forced to just park along the curbs. The rooms were very nice. Good sized with nice furnishings. The staff was over worked and understaffed making for long waits at the front desk and lounge area. The parking was terrible.

I booked this hotel for an early morning flight out. Spoke with the hotel when I booked, they said shuttle was available. When we got there and checked in, the shuttle was no longer available, had to call a cab

Stayed here twice when traveling elsewhere. There was no parking available at the hotel and the park and fly lot was also full. I called in advance to make sure there wouldnt be a problem and was told it wouldn't be an issue. Jad to utilize the Park and Go across the street for parking and airport transportation. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel for the most part was great. They had great breakfast options, clean facilities, the rooms were spacious & it’s in a great location. This hotel also had its down falls. There was terrible water pressure (almost nonexistent), the “queen” beds were more of an over sized twin bed, and the few staff I interacted with were not the friendliest.

We specifically chose this property so that we could leave our vehicle while on vacation. Called two days prior to verify that we could park on site while on vacation and what the cost would be. When we arrived the desk clerk told us that there was no parking available and even if there were it was twice the price we were quoted. Very rude and he clearly insinuated that I was lying about calling the hotel and even wanted to look at my call log. He even encouraged me to book somewhere else. It's too bad because the hotel and room were excellent.
