ホテル エーデルワイス(Hotel Edelweiss)

A lovely hotel for a last minute NYE getaway. Staff were lovely, particularly Marina and Judith the bar/restaurants staff. Also Stephanie from the pop-up restaurant Tian was lovely. All the bar staff were great. The concierge were also helpful booking taxis to and from St Anton. We had one complaint which was that we booked for NYE dinner. However, the hotel missed us off their booking, then placed us on a group table in the corner of the restaurant, before eventually moving us to a more appropriate table. They then lied about missing us off the list, which was irritating, particularly when a NYE dinner for two was around EUR600. For such an expensive dinner I would expect perfect service, which this wasn't. The hotel also didn't inform us that the dinner was Black Tie, which was embarrassing as we would have come prepared if we had been told. Having raised these issues we expected to have been contacted by the manager, Charlie, but no approach was ever made, which was disappointing. NYE aside, the hotel was great. The ski and boot rooms are lovely with warmers for your hats and gloves. And they have a ski room downstairs for rentals which made it really easy. There is also a nightclub in the basement, which was fun for the NYE after party, with a live sax player.

The management of this hotel is the rudest and most aggressive that our family have ever experienced. The hotel bar plays loud music until about 12am most nights. The noise is clearly heard in rooms on all floors. Therefore, I suggest you only stay at this hotel if you plan on staying the bar and getting no sleep.

We have been guest for the restaurant. Great location and the food is really excellent. Also vegetarian lovers have plenty of options. But only 3 stars. The staff is arrogant and not client friendly. Both the owner and an Italian style waiter are really not nice. Not smiling and not worth your money.

Tolles Hotel, welches den ursprünglichen und traditionellen Stil von Hotels in Skigebieten mit Moderne kombiniert. Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal, immer super hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes und leckeres Essen, Kompliment an die Küche. Zum Lift/Gondel max 5 Minuten zu Fuß, perfekte Bedingungen zum Skifahren.

Hotel war ok, Skiverleih sehr veraltete Sachen , Besitzer nicht kompetent und war angetrunken. Schade ich würde den Typen austauschen. Ansonsten Wars Hotel in ordnung. Essen ok, und nicht weit zu den Liften

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, super Preis-/Leistung, sehr feindliches Personal, leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nah am Skilift/Seilbahn. Im Doppelzimmer haben wir zu dritt genächtigt. Die Einzelliege war groß genug. Im Spa Bereich hat alles funktioniert und es gab Obst und Wasser und genügend Handtücher. An der Bar war gute Stimmung bei guter Bewirtung wie man es gewohnt ist.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in diesem Kleinod! Wir waren für 4 Tage zum Skifahren in Zürs und haben das Ambiente, den sehr guten Service und das exzellente Essen in diesem legendären Haus sehr genossen! Die perfekte Lage zum Skigebiet und die tollen Pisten haben den Kurztrip perfekt abgerundet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage zum Skifahren. Guter Service und gutes Essen
