ボカ プラザ(Boca Plaza)

Reasonably clean, but everything in a state of disrepair...after 3 days of moderate rain, the ceiling fan in my ground floor unit bathroom started leaking, followed by wet plaster on the ceiling leaking too...

This is a motel not a hotel!! Checked in and was told the door pin pad was broken so they gave us a key which is no big deal. They tell us it’s in the “other” building so we had to walk to the next building and our door was right next to the stairs. Room smelled of bleach, we tried to keep our door open to air it out but the people lingering in the stairs made it feel extremely unsafe. The rooms had conjoining doors to the next room with no lock on them. The motel is located on an expressway or highway so it was extremely noisy with all the cars and people lingering outside. You are supposed to empty your trash from the room before you check out? Never had a “hotel” ask me to do that. On the day of check out the fire alarm went off at 8am and didn’t stop for over 20 minutes. When we checked out the front desk employee in the other building didn’t even speak English. Extremely disappointed and a waste of money

We could hear the people in the room next to us when they were talking. Roofers were working at 8am no notification of the roofers. Precheck in was a hassle and unnecessary. Would not recommend nor would I stay there again.

Booked our room to someone walked in on a half naked person - Room 222 the front desk lady said I should’ve came to the desk when I booked it online to skip the front desk with a code that used once I booked it - said it’s my fault or didn’t even apologize gave me a metal key 🔑 room 223

We did not feel comfortable at property and decided to leave, the photos displayed on ******* where far from accurate, we went ahead and contacted property to get a refund, we were ok to pay for the first night as a penalty but they refunded 0, so we paid for a service we did not consume, we then told the property management about the photos in listing and actual property, and this was their reply: "Please be aware that this listing includes multiple properties, each having similar units on the same premises. Upon booking, you will be assigned one of these units, hence the slight differences in the images provided." Differences were NOT slight, in the listing, pictures look decent, the actual property feels sketchy, rundown, and in no way comparable to any standard hotel brand/chain with same price range

We loved the Plaza! The room was clean, the hot tub was amazing, and they have karaoke on Saturday nights! We had a great time!

Shower didn’t drain; standing in dirty water. Bathroom dirty. Staff short with any requests.

Room was great. Very clean. There was some fighting with other guests that I could hear but overall happy with stay.

Good evening, we did not check in. days before we asked to cancel our reservation. The reason we booked this hotel was for a trip we were going to take to Egypt and Israel. the cancellation was requested, because Israel is in turmoil and both the airline and the company that would take us canceled the trip. Unfortunately, the hotel did not reimburse us. We live outside of Florida, the trip would leave from Miami.
