Orhan and Melis provided exceptional assistance during our stay, going above and beyond to help us with various issues while traveling with a baby. They saved the day by quickly finding an antibiotic for our baby and were always reliable, responsive, and efficient. Their level of service sets a high standard, and I wish all hotels had guest assistance like Orhan and Melis. Highly recommended!

As mentioned in the title, by far this was the best hotel experience i’ve ever had. Friendly staff and excellent communication. Furkan was my assistant and he was the star of my stay. As i had a busy schedule at work, he made sure to fulfil my requirements on time. I highly recommend you ask for Furkan to be your assistant once you book the hotel. As for the hotel it has a breathtaking view and many restaurants with different type of cuisine. It’s suitable for kids of all ages and can’t wait to book our family vacation there.

We are group of 6 friends and we had a great Holiday in Titanic. Everything and everyone was amazing. Saut from the beach area was friendly,kind and very helpful with us. Ali from the Greack restaurant was amazing. Thank you very much indeed everyone. You do hard job everyday .

Amazing hotel with great facilities, cleanliness, views, food, activities and fantastic staff. Thankyou to Elchin and İnci who were our assistants and made our satisfaction their priority. They were very helpful and accommodated our needs to make it a great family holiday. It was our second time visiting Titanic which is the perfect place for us. What an amazing hotel , we had a family holiday in May 2024. Our experience was great and everything was perfect! Cannot find anything to fault but only issue we had was the buffet times where we struggled a little with choosing food/ desserts for kids due to allergies as nothing had labels to show if it contained any obvious allergens. This was dealt with promptly once we speak to staff but thought it would have been helpful if it did have labels near desserts /foods. There was generic board on allergies as you walk in but it didn’t help in making a choice. This issue was important to us as our son had severe allergy to nuts. Hotel is surrounded by beautiful views and beach was stunning almost like a lake and our kids loved playing on the beach. Kids club was on another level , it was open from 9am to midnight. Including cinema, work shops , baby nursery , and much more . Kids of all ages were cater for and our children loved going there. Staff was amazing all around the hotel and very helpful especially an allocated assistant you get once you arrive at the hotel. Never felt short of anything and house keeping was amazing and kept room beautifully cleaned twice a day. We would highly recommend this hotel to family or just couples who are looking to enjoy a bit of luxury retreat. Also it has a beach club with great entertainment for adults where they serve champagne all night and have amazing dance performances.

We spend great holidays here.I like the rooms.Beach side is also really beautiful and see is really clean.We try Yamas and Italian restaurants it was so nice.Carnaval and Scandal dance show and Crab bar party’s amazing 😍.I was join with my friends Paddle Boarding class with Rustem it was so nice we so enjoyed 👍🏻🫶🏻Thanks a lot entertainment team…..
