cozy and clean cabin, excellent views

Stayed here in the past. Apparently new management took over awhile back and they do not like children! New management is very rude. Won’t be coming back here again anytime soon. Don’t waste your time here and find a more friendly spot.

We enjoyed our stay in the quaint cabin with a king size bed and a loft with a large bed (I didn’t go up there but both of our children enjoyed playing up there on it). The king was not very comfortable but that was the only ding. The cabin was quaint and rustic and the campgrounds were quiet at night. We stayed three nights and the kids and I slept fine but my pregnant wife did not find the bed to be firm and comfortable enough. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay, it was a nice jump-off point for a trip down to BRCC in Boerne, and to Bankersmith and Fredericksburg.

It was amazing. My only complaint was the outdoor lighting in the porch. It was so incredibly bright at night that is was like having a light on inside. There wasn’t any type of curtain for the door. The place was in a perfect location to where we needed to be which was so convenient. It was quiet and everyone was very nice. I still give it a five star rating and apology because I unplugged the lights at night so we could have some darkness.

The property was a unique little village of RV's & cabins to rent. We loved our cozy cabin & the proximity to the pool.

Sad place with absolutely nothing but trashy employees with no manners , all of them look run down and have no skills When dealing with the public . Some people said that their rent went up but only for some of the tenants who they don’t favor that rent the monthly sites —— not all of them . State of Texas states it is illegal to discriminate against people due to race, color, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, genetic information, and citizenship status, or just because you don’t like them . They’re facing a large lawsuit . Recordings with proof of slander on tenants and employees has been made several times . All machines do not works properly the quarters at the washers and dryers get taken but they don’t wash or dry properly yet refunds are not given . Hot water doesn’t work on sinks or showers , only cold water for showers inside their moldy smelling restrooms , the couches are sticky and old and the oven burns things at 325degrees and is a hazard .

staff was very friendly, stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the quiet and the environment, stayed in my cabin most of the time, interior is not modern but it was a nice stay, most people stayed in most of the time, would have like to socialize more there but it was a very peaceful stay. will return in the future.
