ホテル ジャズ アパートメンツ(Hotel Jazz Apartments)

The staff was very friendly, housekeeping was great. Walls are paper thin and noise in the adjoining rooms and hallway were a problem. Refrigerator and microwave weren't working upon arrival. Maintenance came to fix them and afterwards we stored food in the refrigerator but had to throw it all away after discovering the refrigerator wasn't fixed at all. Half the lighting in the room didn't work and after an attempt by maintenance to fix it, never got resolved during our stay.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location is ideal. The breakfast was awesome. My new home away from home.

From the team who welcomed me, to the end of my stay, I was greeted with friendly and efficient service and a very comfortable room. The last time I stayed, I left my flat iron (hair), and when I asked, the staff produced it a month later! I can't say enough about what a good team they have at Jazz Apartments.

Having stayed in a few other hotels in Bogota with varying reviews, I chose Jazz this time. The staff were great, and the room was clean. That's about where the positive review ends. Upon arrival, I come to find that the 'restaurant', 'bar' are actually more of a small nook. Not exactly seperate entities. The menu, although good, was very limited, and one would run out of choices by day 2. The room, which was advertised with a view, looked our onto multiple rooftops. There was no ac/heat, and thecroom became stuffy quite quickly. But the noise. Oh boy, the noise! I could hear multiple dogs, lovers, horns, birds, other buildings ac units...... I ended up cancelling my stay, and went somewhere else.

I had another great stay at Hotel Jazz. The staff was accommodating and welcoming from the time of my checkin. Camillo & Jorge were great! Hope to see the guys during my next visit!

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Very well-located (near Parque de la 93 and la Zona T). Very nice breakfasts (included in price). Great experience overall.

Convenient location for shopping & dining, but far away enough from the super busy touristy area. Facing to a nice park at where locals do morning yogas, workout, etc. Staff was very friendly & professional. We highly recombine this hotel. We will stay there again when we are back to Bogotá!

Generally was good. Staff was great. The drain in the shower wouldn't drain which I advised them of which they didn't fix. Also they said water would be off 3-6pm: no problem, I worked around it but water was off the entire night which did not allow me to flush the toilet or take a shower AND they did not notify me that this would be the case. Poor communication.

Great staff and property across from a nice park. Walk to Andino or Park 93 easy.
