The hotel is clean and I enjoyed staying there. Staffs are nice as well

it's a good place.

Staff was very great and helpful! Location is a bit far from the main areas but taxi services was never an issue. Please note that the rooms DO NOT HAVE AC. Thankfully we had a room with a balcony and we could open the doors. We even bought a mini fan to help with the warmth. The hotel is next to a highway so it gets noisy. Hot water and wifi went out a few times. Breakfast was very basic but still delicious. Bed sheets and pillows were very comfy. The highlight was definitely the staff who were always there to assist.

The hotel is in nice area though at night it looks abandoned. Check in was easy but once we got to our room (302) it wasn't well ventilated at all. I'd describe it as a sauna or swamp like from the nasty heat eminating from being closed and opening a window didn't much of anything. My biggest caveat was the lack of any hand soap to wash hands (this hotel forget about coronavirus or basic hygiene) There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser which is inexcusable, oh and the shower was missing the other door. I only stayed the night but I'd recommend anyone to stay somewhere else and if you have a complaint or concern this hotel doesn't care or offer any apologies or concessiones and if you're trying to get a good night sleep, the staff can be heard boisterously from the hall early in the morning like an unwanted alarm clock. Spend a little money and go elsewhere.

Advantages: Location Big comfortable bed Nice shower Cheap Breakfast Helpful staff (Spanish speaking) Price = Quality Disadvantages: - Very cold in the room - Our room was with a low ceiling, just under the roof - Our room had a tiny window (no access to the light), no view - Towels weren't changed within 3 days of stay - It didn't meet our expectations

Very friendly staff, really helpful.

The hotel is good, rooms are beautiful even though there was not much daylight or fresh air. But the tricky about this is that we stayed there without consuming anything from the hotel and we payed online before using our reservation, even like that they sent me a bill for about $30 without specifying why, I mean, they want me to pay just because and they don't answer. That's a fraud, and I'm afraid because they have all muy data. Be careful, I don't recommend this hotel.
