La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Boise Towne Square

We were in room 241, mini fridge freezer section had 4 inch of ice all around it making it unusable. Major fight outside our room in the hallway in middle of the night, people yelllimg screaming , doors slamming , went on for over an hour, , requiring the police to be called. Made for a lousy stay.

We got one of the most expensive rooms with a large jet tub the tub once turned on had gunk and hair in it from previous use absolutely gross

The room was not ready on time. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and the wall paper was peeling. Doesn't look like any maint has been done in a very long time.

Everything was fine. The hotel was quite quiet. Given how we could hear the neighbours, not in an immediately adjacent room, this morning I question how it would be if full. The breakfast was good. Everything was there, if confusingly set up. The area around teh shower could use some work.

The layout of the room was nice. However, the loveseat was stained and the carpet needed to be shampooed. We were on the second floor, and they obviously booked a family with small children above us, which we could clearly hear running laps around the room until about midnight. Well, that’s not their fault, it would’ve been nice if they would’ve scheduled a family with young children on the bottom floor. The main annoyance was that breakfast was supposed to be served until 9 AM. We came down at 8:45 AM. By then, any hot food was gone, and there is no attempt to replenish it. There wasn’t even any coffee left. So in reality, it was not breakfast until 9 AM, it was actually first come first serve, unless you want a piece of bread, some lukewarm canned peaches, or the leftover egg crust in an otherwise empty breakfast server. ☹️As far as a staff, the girl that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. However, there was some other staff around the hotel that were taking their smoke breaks right outside of the doors and were fairly rude. We won’t be staying there again.

The hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining, or hospitals. Clean and neat. Hot breakfast is good food.

Have stayed here a few times because it quiet, clean and economical. The rooms tend to be hot or miss. All good but some are definitely better than others.

Shower was broken, heater thermostat did not work and heater was all on or off, TV controller did not work and no guide to channels. Manager was responsive but no help after the fact.

Did not have a door hanger on my door to let staff know to clean my room or not. Coffee in the foryer was cold. No fan in bathroom, and toilet felt like sitting on floor
