Very near the airport and the east Rand mall. Friendly staff the room was clean and environment was clean and quiet.

The room is tatty, dirty, smelly, pillows and bedding not good quality, Paint is peeling off, only good review I can write is the gardens is well maintained. The room is not comfortable. Bathroom is also tatty. No aircon only fan which is blowing dust

How can the General Manager offer you a lift which is 6km away at no cost and the next day you want to book out they charge R250. Be careful what they promise and deliver. At breakfast you have to ask the Waiter of you can get coffee. You sit outside and wait and wait until you ask. I will never go back and won't let my colleagues boom there as well.

Had a shot stay and room was comfortable. Friendly staff and accommodating to an earlier check in. Was meant to stay an extra day an extra day however was unable due to issues the hotel could not control but was able to get a refund for this easily.

The place is neat and tidy and had everything we needed to make our night stay wonderful. We booked the hotel on recommendation from friends due to its location for a birthday party we were attending.

I cancelled my reservation at the property because I was not happy with the room and the unsafe environment . I made numerous calls to the facility for a refund. I was promised that someone would get back to me. No feedback from management- no refund!

The rooms were clean, but no extra blankets provided and it was a very cold night, so my staff were very very cold, to such point they slept with extra clothes on Make sure you pay in advance and is cleared before you get there otherwise they ask to repay with immediate clearance, as getting a refund was a nightmare. No breakfast was offered which was rather disappointing too.

The staff were friendly and helpful The bar is a plus for chilling The rooms could be better kept ..there should be showers and not baths as not as hygienic.. The location is good ..can walk yo malls ..about 15 to 20mins..if ur up to walking or easily get an uber .. The food and bar is very affordable..
