Studio for 3 pax, was in 406 in annex, was beautiful with full kitchen and two ac units keeping it cool. There was an elevator to second floor but had to carry cases etc up an extra two flights of stairs - was a bit of a hassle but room was definitely worth it. Good selection at breakfast and friendly staff. Extra 15€ for baby crib but that looks fairly standard for italy...

Mug was never cleaned or replaced nor were tea/coffee replenished, so little point of having the kettle other than for 1st night.Shower cubicle was too small and hot water control temperamental as was a/c.

Charming property, wonderful staff. Very comfortable rooms, comfortable bed (we stayed at the apartments across the street). The best, most welcoming breakfast we enjoyed in our Italian vacation. Quiet location, about a 10 minute walk from the train station, about 5-10 minutes from the main shopping district. Will definitely stay here again. :)

Great value for money. We stayed in an annex apartment in an adjacent building. Great for a family of four with fully functioning kitchen and loads och space. Just a few steps away from the city center with shopping and restaurants.

Small hotel in the heart of Bologna and close to Bologna Centrale (main train station) which makes it easy to travel to neighbouring cities as a day trip - Venezia, Firenze, Padova. Unfortunately, the hotel is in a side street but near a cafe/bar and it is noisy at night at least until 12 midnight. You can also hear the plumbing system in the hotel and if you’re a light sleeper this may be an issue for you! Overall, a pleasant stay for a few nights.

1st impression was bad! We were put in an attic twin bedroom with just a skylight. The bathroom was tiny with a skylight. The lift was tiny and very old. My claustrophobia and anxiety kicked in immediately and I had to request a lower floor a window. The following day we moved rooms but had to share a double bed (pillows down the middle). We got our outside window, this was overlooking a void. We just decided to make do with what we had. The double bed was comfortable and clean. The tea tray wasn't filled up each day and neither was the toiletries, that was disappointing. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good, a kilometre from Bologna Train Station. Also a good location to visit the main square and on Sunday evening the main street was closed to traffic while everyone enjoyed the street entertainment and apertivo!

Great location for accessing the centre of Bologna and some very good places to eat and drink very close by. Lovely friendly staff. Comfy bed with nice feeling linen on it. Lots of choice at breakfast. Generally decor very dated and towels quite thin. However, if I was staying in Bologna I would use this hotel again.

The hotel is in a very nice location and central. Very calm street, but in the room 101, you hear the noise of the kitchen every morning from 6 o'clock and the door bangs every 1 minute. Even though I explained the problem, they did not do anything about it. Not very clean and pretty old standard. The window gives you an extremely nice view of the a/c in the central air canal.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Allowed us to check into our apartment early. The apartment was large, clean, well equipped and very secure. Area felt safe and was a good location for sights and local restaurants. Breakfast was served for over 3 hours every morning and, during our stay was never too busy. Food was excellent and was constantly refilled and area tidied. Very good value for money. Thanks
