051 ルーム ＆ ブレックファスト(051 Room & Breakfast)

前台很友好，服務很到位，房間很大。在市中心，出門就是步行街。房子有暖氣，早上早餐稍微單一一些，不過也很不錯！

The staff are friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, the dining room is spacious with an adequate selection of continental breakfast foods and, probably most importantly, the location is excellent for exploring Bologna on foot.

Firstly the staff were very friendly and helpful.Unfortunately we could only get a evening flight so we needed a late check in.The information on this is provided on the website but I do think a surcharge of 40 euros is a bit steep.My room was described as having a ‘city view’ which was looking at a brick wall on the other side of the road(photo included).The room was very dark and gloomy (very low wattage bulbs) and nowadays one almost expects tea making facilities.The breakfast was fine for healthy eaters,nuts,dried fruit,muesli etc.There was no basic cereals corn flakes or such.I just had toast didn’t fancy a hard boiled egg scrambled or fried would have been preferable.On the good side the location was very convenient for exploring on foot.

ocation and the bed was comfy enough Disliked · After booking and paying on line we were told that arrival after 7.30pm would cost us extra money! For the whole of our stay the reception area and our bedroom smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. Very noisy room with early morning deliveries to the supermarket below, which woke us up around 6am every day. The bathroom was tiny .The shower was weak and the shower head holder was broken which meant it was too low and the water spray faced the wall.The room was very dark and we couldn’t open the curtain because we would be seen by everyone who overlooked us in the interior courtyard. The breakfast is not what we want to eat especially in Bologna - tiny unappetising looking shop bought croissants that the receptionist was baking in the oven. The place was surrounded by shops selling delicious home made fresh bread and pastries The coffee was ok but it was long life milk- I couldn’t see any fresh. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room so you need to dress before you get a coffee.

Room is perfect for couple ... Its so clean amd tidy! Bathroom was perfect... all you need, also very clean. Towels was shining. Bed is big and so comfortable 🥰. Have a big mirror and small also, very important for women:). Stuff are so helpful and kind. Recommend 100%. For sure ill be back!

Everything was perfect! The room was super clean, really nice interior, very good breakfast and the staff was very friendly! We will definitely come back! The location couldn’t be better - it is directly at the towers but not noisy at all and you feel very safe.

Very nice experience! Checking in was easy. The host was super kind. Breakfast was also beyond expectation. The location of the stay was conveniently located near the two towers and you can find supermarkets, ice cream shop, and highly rated restaurants nearby!

Great position in the old town and close to the university adding extra buzz to our visit. Room was small but sufficient for our needs. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed breakfasts in the quirky common area.

Towels were best of our travels , location great, Unfortunately that's it Breakfast worst in 17 hotels and lodgings on this trip to date. Packed everything even fruit was old and plums floury, The "SUITE" had little to no storage for clothing,hanging space ok, bedside tables no shelf or drawer, no facilities such as tea or coffee in room or refrigerator. The tea /coffee facility in a common corridor (bad luck if you want a late cuppa in your room, have to get dressed to make it) Space in the SUITE poorly appointed as you enter heaps of empty space but know here to put clothing etc. Very dissapponting generally.
