I booked this hotel on ******* where it is presented as an upscale hotel with a sauna and a free manager's reception. Upon arrival, I was informed that the sauna was under renovation, and there were not such thing as a free manager's reception. The hotel manager told me that they weren't responsible for what ******* puts on the website. I appreciated the manager offering me a bit of a discount to appease me but overall this was frustrating, as I was looking forward to a sauna and a spa. Overall, although the hotel is clean and conveniently located, it does not live up to the "upscale" standard.

Öncelikle Bolu'nun merkezinde olmasına rağmen kargaşadan uzak sakin bir mahallede olmasını çok beğendim. Otelin içi ve odalarındaki konfor dört yıldızlı otellerde olması gerektiği gibi...
