Turned up post a relatively easy check in, and confirmation call on route to find the apartment hadn’t been cleaned (picture attached). Starting our stay with this major disappointment wasn’t ideal. Customer services contacted, and to be fair a cleaner did appear to resolve the issue. Whoever had used it the night before had also left the toilet un-flushed, and a kebab in the bin.
Customer services pretty much fobbed it off due to not booking directly with them, and their offer of a bottle of wine didn’t materialise.
Additionally unless you are a huge fan of seagulls and locals falling out with each other, I wouldn’t recommend.
