Best Hotel good clean bad shower

Weekend stay for a function in Boston. Within easy walking distance of the town too. Ample free parking and a swift and efficient check-in process. Our room on the first floor was slightly larger than some Premier Inns. The standard of cleanliness was up to par as expected. The absence of a bath towel was sorted very swiftly. There is a Brewers Fayre onsite; we elected to have an evening meal elsewhere (poor decision....) so cannot comment on the food onsite. Very highly recommended for a good value overnight stop over.

Hotel is quite a distance from Boston train station, taking about 45mins to walk to. Sadly, early check-in wasn't available. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, but the room was quite cold. The hotel had to provide a plug in oil heater to help heat the room. Breakfast was in the pub across the car park from the hotel. Plenty of choice, with both continental and cooked breakfast options. I would stay again, but book a taxi next time to get to the hotel from the train station.

A necessary stop over to visit family, but we had a lovely time. The room was very clean, and the best bed! Such a comfortable nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the adjacent pub was ok. Typical chain pub fare, but well cooked and reasonable service.

Good stay. Nice room with plenty of space. Bathroom OK - a bit dated with a shower curtain. Check-in & reception both fast, friendly & efficient. Extra tea/coffee available by reception. No noticeable noise and car park had a lot of cars in it so there were lots of people in the hotel

I have stayed here before, so I suggested it to my friend for our trip together this past weekend. All the staff we met were friendly and chatty, and happy to answer any questions etc. Jane on reception was particularly lovely, so hopefully this feedback gets to her as I said I would give her a mention
