部屋はとても小さく、約20平方メートルです。部屋の設備は簡素で、衣類を掛ける場所もコーヒーマシンやティーバッグもありません。コップは使い捨てのプラスチックコップで、浴室の洗面台横の木の板が割れていました。施設や設備が古く壊れている。チェックインの際、デポジットを支払うためにフロントで6枚のカードをスワイプしなければならなかったのですが、一緒に旅行していた友人は、長い間悩んだ結果、ホテルのシステムがそれは不可能であることがわかりました。奇妙なことに、ウェイターはこのような高価なホテルをまったく後悔していませんでした。私はとてもがっかりし、費用対効果が低く、3日間予約したことを後悔しました。

場所の割には良い値です。ジムはかなり狭いです。フロントデスクのサービス（数回の滞在後）は非常に不均一です。良いニュースは、少なくとも 1 人の乗組員が非常に優秀であるということです。気配りがあり、礼儀正しく、コミュニケーションが上手です。欠点は、他の乗組員のうち少なくとも 2 人は、サービスを利用したり観察したりした私の経験ではあまり役に立たないことです。

Perfectly located in my favourite part of Boston in Back Bay, only 5 min walk from museums, shops, nice restaurants and live music. Spacious clean rooms, friendly service, historical design but made modern. Loved it and will definitely return here when in Boston!

Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.

I booked this hotel through Trip.com for a double double bed room, and I got a single double bed, which I had to share with my teenage son. They didn’t give me what I booked and when I called the front desk they said that I used a third-party so there’s nothing I could do about it. Trip.com accommodated me with extra trip coins for the trouble, but it was horrible and on top of it the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The window in my room was broken and taped up. It was a musty smell in the room, not good ventilation because the room was so small. This large vent was right on top of the bed blowing either hot or cold air so I just turned it off. The floor was not level so you felt off. I would never go back to this hotel again. If you happen to go to this hotel, don’t book it through a third-party, which their rates on their website are ridiculous for this old dilapidated hotel.

住在一百多年前的酒店，周圍超市，圖書館，教堂，車站，地鐵，餐廳非常方便！酒店服務和好。如果你是一個對歷史敏感的人，那你就來對了。

房間比較小 酒店比較有特色 周邊很方便 是一個到波士頓旅遊比較方便的地方

性價比很低。就是地段好。前台服務員辦理入住體驗很差，系統宕機。房間老舊。

酒店位置非常好，處於波士頓市中心。，旁邊就是波士頓圖書館和三一教堂。服務態度也非常好，酒店有一定的歷史，房間偏小，並且部分房間窗是對着天井的。

住這個酒店不要訂大床房，大床房的房間都靠內，不被陽光照射，要訂房衹能訂雙床房。 酒店乾淨，床舒適。

房間很好👌洗漱間大有方便。但是，電梯🛗有點陳舊感，需要等待時間較長。

強烈推薦，位置好，前台很細心，還有24小時免費自助咖啡呢
