Excellent service. Comfortable rooms and bed. Newly updated bathroom. Best part of town to be in. Walkable, tons of food options, beautiful neighborhood. Front desk staff was helpful and super polite. We will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Boston.

The hotel was very easy to get to and parking on location was a huge perk for a Boston hotel! The staff member checking us in was very friendly and we loved the atmosphere of the lobby. Our room was beautiful! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend it! The location was perfect as far as restaurants, shopping and nightlife. We especially enjoyed the expresso machine in the lobby.

What a great location, excellent service, and very nice hotel. Would stay here again. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful with things to do and how to get around. The rooms were very comfortable. The location was great for our trip with a group of friends.

The staff was fantastic, the room was just lovely with a bay window overlooking Newbury Street, and the espresso from the machine in the lobby was the perfect way to start the day! We walked all over the city this week (we did use Lyft a few times) but couldn't wait to get "home" to our quaint little neighborhood each day. The location couldn't have been better and we loved exploring the immediate area and grabbing snacks at Deluca's Market on the corner. Breakfast from The Bittersweet Shoppe right next door is a must when you stay here!!

We love the quaint style of this guest house. The house sits right in the middle of some of the best parts of the Boston experience. The staff here are amazing…every single one of them. They go above and beyond to help in anyway they can to help make your stay better. Truly…this is a great place to stay!!!

My husband and I had another wonderful stay at the Newbury Guest House! The front desk staff is amazing - they’re friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was well-appointed and very comfortable. You can’t beat the location! Walk out the front door to the best shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

This is such a lovely hotel and is in the perfect location to easily access all Boston has to offer. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. There is onsite parking for a reasonable fee. I did not want to leave and I will absolutely stay at Newbury Guest House again!

Great location in Back Bay area of Boston! Location was convenient to a ton of shops, restaurants, Boston Common and the Freedom Trail, etc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, and our stay was fantastic! Rooms are on the smaller side, but very cozy and comfortable. Softest towels I've ever had for on overnight stay!

In the perfect location on Newbury Street right in the heart of Boston is the Newbury Guest House. The building is a characterful old townhouse with wonky, uneven stairs and a lovely welcoming feel. The reception area is bright, nicely decorated and furnished and the reception staff are friendly and helpful ..... particularly Alex who was the most smiley, lovely guy who couldn't do enough for you. There is freshly brewed coffee and tea available 24 hours a day in reception along with chilled and sparkling water. Our room was a bay window king and it was light, bright and spacious. The bathroom appeared to have been fairly recently refurbished and was nicely presented. We had a view of Newbury Street and the restaurants below us were lively but not too noisy ..... apart from the afternoon and evening when the Mariachi Band was playing .... they were rather loud but great fun and people were dancing in the street below our window! We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return.
