This was a nice hotel with nice staff, but a few things could have been better. Arrival was confusing because the parking deck is gated, so we were not sure if we could get in without a key. We therefore had to drive around a few times until there was room in front of the hotel on the street. A key was required to access your floor on the elevator, which I understand is for our safety because of the homeless population in the area (which I was not aware of!). This was just annoying because it didn't work well and we often had our hands full and struggled to get to our floor. One time I even spilled my entire cup of coffee, so be careful out there! Then, our AC unit in our room was very finicky and it would turn on and off over and over, waking us up. We slept better when we just turned the unit off. The room was great, with lots of space. We enjoyed the full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom/closet set up was inconvenient for two people with luggage. The bed was pretty comfy with down pillows that worked as long as we had several of them. Continental breakfast was okay. They had everyone's favorite, the waffle. But, lacked any variety, it was like toast, vanilla yogurt and melon. It was still a great convenience.

Great hotel. All the amenities needed with the full kitchen, laundry, etc. very friendly staff and very clean hotel.

At check-in, Residence Inn by Marriott had to move me to another hotel. They (the Guest Services Manager) said they would comp the room, and since I had pre-paid through ******* that I would have to ask ******* to request the refund from Marriott. ******* tried really hard but was never able to get an "OK to refund" from Marriott. So that was disappointing.

We stayed in a studio, with a queen bed and sofa-bed. There was one tv that was placed in a position that made it impossible for both the people in the bed AND the person in the sofa bed to watch. The kitchen was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again, especially for longer than one night.

This hotel is spotless. The breakfast is great. Workout facilities pool and spa are brand new. Staff are awesome. Value for money is unbeatable in Boulder. Highly recommend it

for $450/night, I was given a room right next to all their AC equipment. The view out of my window was this little patio on the 1st floor with this VERY noisy hotel's AC 4 feet away from my window. I heard the loud sound of their ACs all day and night, couldn't sleep at all for 3 nights. No guest should be placed in a room like that, it is cruel and super expensive, pay $450/night and not able to sleep. They said they were full. My room also was missing dish soup, sponge, bottle of water (they supposed to give you 2 bottles when you arrive).

Computer was broken delaying our check in and the whole front of the hotel was torn up- should have closed the hotel and waited till they could actually open for guests

Great location. Super easy check-in. Accommodating staff.
