Stayed in a premier plus room with sea views. The balcony was a real plus loved sitting out there. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was immaculate. The staff were helpful and polite check in completed within minutes. The art deco lovely. Enjoyed my two nights with you Thanks..

Stayed here last night (7th may) I had enjoyed my stay, I would stay here again but unfortunately I don't know if I will, I'm a ambulatory wheelchair user, and was here without my support worker as I do like to try be independent.Access into the building for me was through a separate door, I had to press the bell a couple of times before a staff member welcomed me in and instructed me on how to use the platform lift to reception, first impressions were good until I seen a lift out of order, my anxiety kicked in and I asked if they had another lift which they do. Check in was good, although no PEEP form was completed to let them know what I would need in a evacuation. On the lift opening, I felt panic, as my wheelchair wouldn't be able to fit in, I was told there was no alternative lift as the wheelchair lift was out of service. A lovely member of staff held the lift doors open whilst I tried to get into the lift, I had managed by reversing in with no room for someone else to get in. On entry to my room, a accessible disability room (322), I was absolutely impressed with the amount of space in the room, and how lovely it was, although I had no sea view. I was tempted to go down again and ask for a room on the 1st floor with a sea view, as I had a bad feeling about the lift, but I told myself that this was my anxiety and looked up what other people had said about the lift, and it seemed the small lift was reliable so it settled my worries. When I returned from being on the beach I headed to dinner everything was perfect, the staff couldn't do enough to help you, they were lovely and approachable, the food was beautiful and pipping hot. I then went to return to my room and a staff member had informed me the lift had just broken down, with people in it and that he would need to take me in the staff lift, which was actually a lot bigger for my wheelchair & I preferred it. Told the engineer was on the way to fix the lift and should be working by the morning. I had a shower which was lovely but a bit disappointed there was no rainfall shower, only issue with the wet room was that the emergency pull cord for the shower was hooked over the rail, and I was unable to resolve this, and it was not in reach for me encase I had a fall or one of my sezuires, I didn't report it as there was a second one available by the toilet. I had slept really well, better than I do at home! The beds were really comfortable. Tried phoning reception just before 7:30 to see if the lift had been fixed, no answer so I headed down to the lift, it appeared to be working, but was having a mind of it's own, I didn't get in at first, so waited to see if anyone else was using it, doors had closed, the lift shook, then went down before coming back up, empty. I then went to use the lift to go breakfast, it seemed alright. Breakfast was absolutely lovely, spoilt for choice so I had a mixture of things, which filled me up. Lovely stay as always. Our regular when we come to Bournemouth. Great location a few minutes walk from the beach, usual premier inn breakfast, Patrycia at breakfast really looked after our family, very friendly and is a gem. Until next time.

Really disappointed with this hotel (again). Was there on business last night, went for breakfast this morning to be told I hadn’t paid. So I went back to my room and picked up my phone with the confirmation from our booking company. Off I went to reception to be greeted by a not so helpful member of staff who said again I hadn’t paid. I showed him my booking confirmation to be told it was our paperwork not his and basically it was tough. He printed out his receipt and left me to it. As I use that hotel several times a year I explained my company alway include breakfast, no offer to contact our booking company so I left to begin a days work without. I’ve already cancelled a booking I had for 22 April and will avoid in the future. My booking company since confirmed breakfast was included so I’ve paid for something I’ve not received - isn’t that theft? Staff attitude was awful. I use Premier Inn all over the UK and spend c.40 nights a year in hotels on business.

Not enough staff so had to queue to get breakfast, really not the staffs fault - cheap management Costs cut at every corner This is my second review the first one was just about stained duvet, duvet too small for bed and no way to contact reception
