「I am very disappointed with my experience at the Garner Hotel. Due to the extreme heat of 38°C, I travelled overnight and arrived in the morning, hoping the hotel would make some effort to accommodate me. As a regular guest, this would have been my sixth stay at the Garner Hotel, so I expected at least some consideration.
Unfortunately, the reception staff showed no willingness to help or offer any solution, despite the circumstances and despite the fact that I had already paid for my room. The only person who showed any empathy was the lady working at the bar and serving breakfast, who kindly checked on me a couple of times.
In the end, although my room had already been paid for, I decided to book another hotel, where I was welcomed with kindness and understanding.
Sadly, after being a loyal customer, this experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I will think twice before staying at the Garner Hotel again.」

All furniture, doors and kitchen are made of solid wood and meet the highest standards in terms of modern and healthy building technology. The allergy-friendly equipment is certified according to the healthy living criteria of the Sentinel Haus Institute with health pass. This holiday apartment in Erlangen welcomes you right next to the Regnitz valley with a beautiful private terrace and an unobstructed view of the Regnitz river. The closest bus stops are 50 meters and 400 meters from the property.
