Asking guests to pay for parking feels quite cheeky, considering that there are plenty of places to park for free all around the hotel. Knowing that free parking is easily available nearby makes the paid parking option feel unjustified and more like an extra way to charge guests rather than a real necessity. In summary, the hotel itself is good, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is genuinely nice and professional. However, the lack of free coffee and the additional parking fee leave a slightly negative impression and take away from an otherwise solid experience. With a bit more guest-friendly thinking in these areas, this hotel could easily offer a much better overall stay.」
