「The place on a whole was nice the staff here were friendly and polite and very helpful especially the housekeepers. There was a few issues in regards to the room such as the AC TVS’s safe shower head leaking. The tv issue got resolved after three days being with no signal the AC issues well maintenance came but did nothing to resolve the issues there was a leak in the bedroom with regards to the AC but I had to fix that leak myself mentioned the leak in the bathroom regarding shower head and was told that he would come back the following day but that following day didn’t happen at all so I stopped complaining. Internet was also another issue going down quite frequently but that was managed very well once I made them aware of it. But for a value for money hotel I can suggest it but just be sure to know you may have issues or this was a one off issue with my room these are some views from the room And the safe issue」

「朝食は最高です。アジア料理とコンチネンタル料理が豊富に揃っていて、本当におすすめです。 中華レストランもとても美味しく、サービスも迅速です。 ジムの真ん中にプールとビリヤード台があるのは理解できませんでした…全く意味が分かりません。 ホテルには屋外プールが2つありますが、バーサービスもプールサイドのサンラウンジャーもありません。さらに、5つ星ホテルなのにプール用のタオルが用意されておらず、トイレ用のバスタオルをもっと欲しいと言わなければなりませんでした！ BGMがあればもっと良いと思います。」
