Lake ConRoy Manor is a mini resort to say the least! The house is a 4 bedroom and 3 bath, with a 5th bedroom in a cute, cubby loft. Please note the 5th bed/loft is accessed via short wall ladder just inside front door (see pictures). The home also has a big front porch as well as a nice size screened-in back porch off the living room, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, plus Master BR off kitchen has a private porch. Pool table and dart board are located in front living area as you enter the home, plus a huge kitchen and dining room bar. And our pool table has a custom table top that can be utilized for up to 10 to dine together seating is stools though. Our Manor Home sits on 5 acres and is completely fenced in, however, please note a portion of the outdoor areas such as the private swimming pond, sand volleyball, horse shoes, etc. are shared spaces with two other rental units on the property. It's a wonderful private mini-resort experience!ADDITIONAL GUESTS:Our properties are competitively priced for couples to enjoy affordable weekend getaways together. As a result, we have a pricing strategy accommodating up to 4 guests at our base rate with an Additional Guest Fee of $25 per guest / per night starting at Guest 5 through 10 for larger families and social gatherings.This will be reflected in your 'price breakdown' as applicable. It's the perfect hang out for family and friends boasting three (3) accommodations on property with 6 bedrooms and a loft cubby, including 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, and more for a comfortable stay. With 6 bathrooms offering amenities like a jetted bathtub and showers, guests will feel pampered during their stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Montgomery, Lake Conroe, and our property has to offer.Our main house, The Manor, comfortably sleeps and entertains up to 10 people with a pool table and darts just inside the front door leading to the kitchen area. The 2nd Master BR off the living room area in The Manor is ADA accessible sleeping quarters with a king bed and walk-in shower.This property has ample seating areas and hanging-out space under shade tree canopies, plus a private swimming pond for all to enjoy, sand volleyball, a coral with two 100 lb tortoises to feed, a large fire pit just outside the West Wing and The Manor, plus a small fire pit next to The Casita, etc.NOTE: if you are planning or would like to plan a special event, celebration, reunion, or social gathering that involves more people than the 20 people allowed on property and paid for in your reservation, Host approval is required and additional fees do apply.
