The property is within 15 miles of 5 world class ski resorts. It is approximately 1 hour from the west side of Denver and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Denver Airport. Centrally located to Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland Ski Area, and Breckenridge, or a close drive to Copper Mountain (20 mins). Vail is about a 45 min drive.Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, playgrounds, the bike path, and the Lake Dillon marina.There is an independent fitness center in the same building as the condo, which offers day or week passes. There is a bowling alley and restaurants in the same building as well. The grocery store is less than a mile away - everything is super convenient!Bedroom #1: Double over double bunk, with an optional twin cot. Located on the main level. Attached bathroom that is also attached to the hallway. We don't recommend the top bunk for adults.Bedroom #2: King size bed and twin over twin bunks. Located on the 2nd floor. Attached bathroom. We don't recommend the top bunk for adults.Bedroom setup is ideal for 2 families, with bedrooms and bathrooms on separate floors.
