First floor of a beautiful two story historic building (circa 1820s) that is believed to have once been a Carriage House. There is a nice fenced patio area in the rear with a table and chairs, porch swing, and fountain. The unit has its own separate entrance and is furnished with high end decor and art. Off Street Parking is available; unit is located in the heart of downtown with close views of beautiful buildings (especially nice at night when buildings are lit up with colors). You can rest comfortably knowing the property has perimeter video surveillance for the parking, driveway, and exterior doors.
