With such easy access to everything, you will be able to relax more, drive less, and enjoy the beautiful views right from the deck. The home features modern interior finishes, custom woodwork, creative lighting accents, 3 queen beds and one King size. We do have egress windows throughout the basement and full height ceilings so it doesn't feel cramped at all. ➥The basement tends to vary from the main level in temperature. We only have one thermostat for the whole house. ➥We have a sump pump in the basement that occasionally makes some noise. We provide a portable fan in each bedroom if you like background noise while you sleep.Our home sleeps ten guests with one king bed and four queen beds.➥All beds complete with fresh sheets, a light comforter, and a blanket.Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. - Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old. - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.- The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host.
