The owner parks a truck in one of the spots farthest from the entrance. The other two garage parking spots are available for your use.-Sprinkler system: The house has a sprinkler system that runs on a preset schedule. It runs on even numbered days and has two cycles. The morning cycle begins at 6:00 am and the evening cycle begins at 11:45 pm. Each cycle runs for approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. Each zone runs for about 20 minutes so the sprinklers near the hot tub and outdoor seating area will run from approximately 12:45 am until 1:05 am. - This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host.
