Parties larger than 12 can also make use of the detached carriage house, which sleeps up to three additional guests, for an additional fee per guest.The first floor includes a waterfront king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two queen bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional queen bedroom adjacent to a full-size bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in closet, his-and-hers sinks, standalone bathtub, and an extra large west-facing porch overlooking the lake where you can relax on an oversized daybed while enjoying beach views and the most beautiful sunset on 30A! Also on the second floor is a double twin bedroom, as well as a large media room with a cloud sectional sofa large enough for everyone to enjoy!For parties larger than 12, the detached carriage house includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a separate living room with a daybed and mini bar, perfect for three additional guests!
