イビス ブリュッセル ウォータールー(Ibis Brussels Waterloo)

窗户壞了，一夜路邊噪音，早上起晚了，去洗澡地漏不，也沒怎麼洗，到處都是黴點，還有頭髮。早餐也很潦草。

Great stay. Did the job. Room was small but perfect. Bed was comfortable, and quiet. The shower was amazing. They have a restaurant for breakfast, I didn’t want breakfast so they gave me free coffee. No restaurant for dinner but it’s on a main road so there’s many options round the corner.

An average hotel very close to the Waterloo city center. There are not many options in Waterloo so I think this could be among the best. It was easy to arrive by car and parking was free. There was a big supermarket just next to the hotel as well. The room was average in every way. A fridge was available. The extra bed almost blocked the way around it. The rubbish sacks in the corridor were unaesthetic. Breakfast was ok, I could say average again. I really liked the fresh pressed orange juice, keep that!

Located right in the centre of Waterloo this is one of the best Ibis Hotels I have stayed in. Clean spacious rooms, good wifi, 24/7 bar with draft Leffe - quite hard to beat really! Staff were very friendly and efficient. Easy ample parking right next to the Hotel.

It was very clean (very important) and breakfast was very good, good product. Hotel has a lack of charm but it is expected.

Very nice place, not too expensive and worth the money. The Staff was very nice and the room was great, very comfortable and decent overall size. It's near pretty much everything in town. I don't see much to complain about. So to me it's a perfect score !

Staff is 10/10. However I could hear the people in the next room as if they were in mine. Their phone rang and I literally thought it was mine. Definitely not ok for a business trip.

First night in Belgium and books in here for 2 nights. Great room and as usual bed was comfy, shower was great but tap on sink pathetic,but all in all very good. Only one slight thing, no fridge, would have been nice. Another thing I found while away if checkout is 11 why are house keeping knocking on the door at 9.30. Don’t like this.

A great hotel to stay in when visiting battlefield. They had had some leaks so assigned us connecting rooms instead of a family room which worked out perfectly and great customer service. Felt the people we interacted with were super friendly and the location was great with frites next door and supermarket near by! Highly recommend for a stay while going through.
