Reception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!! It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice

차 아닌 이상 가기 어려운 위치에 있지만 수영장을 이용하고 싶어 다녀왔습니다! 안에 레스토랑도 다양한 고급스러운 음식들도 있어 잘 즐겼습니다.

I've spent such a nice time in Hotel Nivelles Sud. The restaurant food is amazing, the wellness space is wonderful. The room is confortable and clean. Because of the good location, it's very easy to get the road for everywhere. I've really appreciated my stay and probably will get back soon.

terrible, poor, only your money is enough for this hotel. it is very unfriendly in each way. personal are not good ! extra costs and very noisy rooms ! never ever again only good was next to highway and you fast on road

The Hotel is in an ideal location for meetings/conferences as well as somewhere to go for great food and drink after work whether with friends or on your own. The restaurant has a great selection of food and drinks from either the main menu or the lunchtime buffet. There's plenty of car parking space including several EV charging places.

Well my Monday evening check was nice but was followed by a dismal performance at the restaurant. I had a burger and beer. The beer was flat and the burger was inspired by what I can only imagine someone with the munchies THC, I would get better at MCDONALD!! Very poor unatentive service from a very young crowd. Can smell smoke from my seat. Can't wait for my breakfast experience.. let's wait and see

great hotel with great gym, pool and spa facilities, all the staff are very polite and professional, the hotel is kept very clean. the hotel is very busy at all times so i would recommend booking a table if you intend to eat there, it is especially busy on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday when they have an excellent buffet for 40 euros each, lots of children attend the Friday one, and stay over with families, but all three nights are busy. also lots of conference's held at hotel, car park is another thing that fills every night, even the overflow one. shows how good a hotel this is.

The staff at the front desk were unpleasant, unfriendly and unprofessional. I checked in to many good hotels, this was not one of them. The attitude was horrible to a point that I didn't even go back to use the fitness centre simply to avoid the staff. Breakfast was modest. I had to line up to grab an egg, same for coffee...
