Travelodge by Wyndham Brandon

Overall the property is older and not in great condition. Water slide was shut down. Floor in hallway was uneven and needs to be redone. Double queen suite. One bed was terrible. Could feel the coils when laying down. Thankfully I was travelling alone and the other bed was much better. All in all, okay value for price.

Smelled like smoke in our room (may have been previously a smoking room). TV had VERY limited channels to watch.

Checked in found bed was broken told staff instead of moving us and our food getting cold they made us wait while they tried to fix the bed. End of the outcome 30 minutes later they gave us a different room no offer to reimburse our cold food or anything

Staff polite and helpful! Night staff girl a bit rude but the remainder of the staff are great! Houskeeping staff always helpful and friendly. I stay regularly and never have issues! Love the hotel manager! Older building but keep up very well and always clean. Will continue to stay there regularly! They do need to get the waterslide open. Without slide pool is small and not as entertaining for the kids. keep up the good work Travelodge Brandon!

Bed bugs located! When we found one we moved the bed and found garbage and clumps hair and dirt. Definitely hasnt been cleaned in a while. The heater worked but was falling apart off the wall. The staff were friendly and apologetic but we left due to the disgusting room situation.

The gentleman who was checking me in had answered 5 calls while checking me in and I had just drove 8 hours and my daughter was really tired

The people staying in the room above me were extremely loud and moving furniture around at midnight I called the front desk to go have them quiet down and throughout the night and still at 5 am they were moving around making noise upstairs in room 203

The stipeld ceiling was quite dirty. The old light fixture holes were covered with tin and painted over. The room and bedding were clean as was the bathroom.

I have been in a large number of hotels for business but rarely have a had a mattress and stained sheets that seemed as though it was from 1982 and staff that was disingenuous and disinterested in their desire to help . I will not return
