ザ ブランソン ホテル(The Branson Hotel)

No one should be subject to the awful owners of this hotel. Security cameras watching everything and everyone. Refusal to admit my service dog and myself. Awful bathroom. Shower drain not working. Dark and damp. All while standing in filthy back wash. Horrible and expensive experience!

We went to Branson for a long weekend getaway and wanted something special. The Branson Hotel was great! We stayed in the Buck Bungalow. We prefer a king sized bed so the room was perfect for us. Capone’s Speakeasy was great. The hotel is close to shopping (within walking distance). There is road noise but it isn’t bad. It is worth it for the location. We will stay there again when we go to Branson.

This was a lovely inn, with a spacious room. Right in town, easy walk. Friendly staff. The problem was the misleading pricing. It looked reasonable, but cleaning and booking fees almost doubled the cost, which we didn’t realize until our cc went through. It’s a vacation property, and the staff on the phone was helpful and offered to refund our charge, but we decided to stay anyway.

Let me start by saying that the property is adorable, very charming. Our room, Buck Bungalow, is decorated nice, very cozy. The issues we had, which we reached out to the host about and were told the matters would be handled, never were...Our ceiling fan was controlled by a wall switch and the fan was high. No pull chains, no remote. So we'd freeze at night, but if turned the switch off we wouldn't have any air flow and roast at night. There was central heat and air...controlled by the host wh was not on site. When we called to voice our concerns they said they would bring us a free standing fan we could control and they woul bump the air from 70 to 68...never happened. My First shower turned to ice cold within a few minutes. We thought the hot water heater went out. Instead we were told that the hotel was full, 9 rooms and 2 hot water heaters so the hot water was probably used up. My husband had to wait to take a warm shower. And the black out curtains mentioned on their site were not black out..full sun 1st thing in the morning, Wi-Fi extremely spotty. Restaurant was closed both days and we never did see an employee on the property. The host said they would get us some type of refund...we shall see, haven't heard anything from them yet. We paid good money for not even 2 full days. A 4pm check in and a 10am check out... Too bad, this place has potential, but we won't be back .

Quaint place for adults only. We had booked other lodging through a third party but they changed it to here. Sent us to the wrong room first where we opened the door to find another couple. Oops! We stayed in the notebook room. Small, but clean room. Historic hotel. We woke up sore from the bed. It was like sleeping in a hammock. We had to fight to keep from rolling to the center of the bed.

My stay was great as usual! My husband and I always stayed at the Branson Hotel and now a widow, I still stay at there when in Branson - each room has a different different theme. Check-in is easy as was check-out. Very secure with each room having your personal passcode for entry into the hotel and your room. Free coffee in their lobby. Free Wi-Fi & Cable Newly reopened bar/restaurant in the hotel. Small but it goes with the intimacy of the hotel. Which by the way is for adults only. Great couples getaway or a girl’s trip location Close to old Main Street Branson shopping and The Landing stores & restaurants. The only thing missing is ice for the rooms.

I absolutely love this hotel and the location. It is a historic establishment and truly feel like going back in time. The rooms are all very unique, beautiful and very comfortable. Checking in very easy and pleasant. Would not stay anywhere else in Brason!

We really like the Branson Hotel. We come to Branson every 2-3 years, and always stay here. We love it because its an all adult facility, and its very quiet & feels like you're staying at home. The manager, "Sai" is really nice and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure, for being in a Hotel! Some of the rooms are a bit small, but we are out seeing shows, etc. so it doesn't bother us. I would highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.
