My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and the staff were very polite and offered to make us reservations for dinner. Clean rooms and quiet. Will return again!

The stay was so relaxing. We got a nice top floor with a great view. Loved the balcony and fireplaces. Kids loved it all and it was an amazing stay. We def plan to come back to this hotel when we go back to Branson!

The water park was down which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. The reception did say they had an activity center that was offering some things in lieu of the pool but those were offered normally. I asked for a room upgrade since we were there off season and the hotel was far from being fully booked and was turned down. No show tickets or discounts offered. That was a little disappointing. Not sure that I would go back.

We stayed in Jan so there were not many folks around. Newly remodeled so everything is updated. You could see some shoddy work on the remodel that will be a problem for them someday. Overall a pretty nice stay.

The location was beautiful. Our jetted bathtub had orange foamy bubbles when we turned it on. The maintenance guy was amazing and gave it his best effort but couldn't get rid of the orange flakes coming out of the jets. They offered to move us to a smaller room with no jetted tub..no benefit. Next morning, cleaning lady arrived without notice. She came to clean the tub but had no idea the issue. At check in, they team was great, but then the following days no one there could help with our questions. It was all very gimmicky on the shows and stuff with their concierge, but the property was beautiful, and we would probably stay again.

We got a villa with three rooms and two baths. The villa was amazing everything was very clean, very spacious and everything seemed updated. The only downside was our room was not ready at check in (4pm) and there was multiple communication errors between front desk staff and house keeping. Overall I would probably stay here again with hopes the check in process goes smoother the next time around.

This property is older and not updated with only one small sofa in the living room. Two tvs, 3 remotes, none of the remotes work other than volume. Very limited channels and no instructions or list. The living room tv is on the other side of the room with a dining table in between the only sitting area and the tv. Most local hotels offer a complimentary breakfast or at least some dining option on premises. There is nothing here, and you pay a lot more per night. The bathtub has about a 2 foot side to step over to get in. Not good for older travelers. They told us at check in the staff was only there until 8 pm. I guess you were out of luck if you had a problem after that.

Great place to stay for our staycation. Pool was unfortunately closed but we had a great time at The Escape Room. Room was cozy and quiet. Sheet had some stains but they sent new sheets to replace. Housekeeping doesnt come everyday but front desk is quick about sending needed supplies. Gym had some nice equipment. Look forward to staying here again.

Very nice visit. Enjoyed the stay. My only criticism would be how much they push the time-share meeting when you first arrive. We were not interested but I think I had to say "no" 5 times. Still, everyone was friendly.
