Best Western Brantford Hotel and Conference Centre

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet with many amenities - microwave, mini fridge, gas fireplace and easy to adjust heating/cooling. The indoor pool and hot tub were exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was also exceptional.

Incredible service. We had 2 small issues, one required the change of the room, and everything eas resolved to our full satisfaction within minutes. Breakfast as usual; from scrambled eggs to fruits and yoghurt (no bacon). Lots of parking available. Very quiet. Clean and extra large rooms.

Great stay, nice tasty food in the restaurant and good drinks. Would stay again if needing a stay in the Brantford area

My kids and I LOVED the pool/spa and breakfast! There was also a playground which we spent a small amount of time at. We did not love the amount of chlorine in the pool/spa. Another thing I found, was that the pillows were extremely lumpy. It was easy to get around the city from the location. It was clean and I loved that they reuse older face cloths as makeup removers and provide a wipe. Very nice touch.

Walls are paper thin. Person in the next room had their tv on all night at full volume. Someone bright put all the kids at a tournament on the second floor so it sounded like an elephant stampede. No security on site and the fire alarm was pulled. Shocker. Worse night at a hotel ever.

Great experience, lots of fun in the pool, cozy rooms (we had a fireplace). Would book again if we come back to Brantford!

When my kids and I arrived our room was not up to standard. I must say, that Kim at the front desk was amazing. She made us feel seen, welcome and addressed our issues and made our stay one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. I'm a single mom who travels with my kids so having kind hotel staff who understand is wonderful. Kim was just great! The room we ended up in was good and overall had a very positive experience. Your breakfast buffet was THE BEST! We will be bakc when we come to visit family again.

Customer service was rude and didn’t have patience to explain charges that were made.

The hotel itself was quite good - clean, well-maintained, good breakfast (was a buffet on the day we were there). Pool was also good. The only problem was rowdy guests being loud when we were trying to sleep. But that's not really the hotel's fault.
