The Queen bed was merely two twin beds side by side. The air conditioner didn't work. The hotel is located on a very thin one way road not near any restaurants.

RIP OFF - AVOID !!!!!!!! Booked the hotel for a two night stay three months in advance. On arrival at 7pm I was told they didn't have my booking. I showed them my ******* confirmation email and then they said even though I had paid for two nights it was only enough to cover one nights' stay as the Manager didn't like *******'s commission rates for online bookings. A total con. Ripping off people. The receptionist I dealt with was unprofessional and extremely rude and abrupt. The manager would not speak to me on the phone. The area in which the hotel is situated is otherwise residential and not nice at all. No shops, restaurants or amenities nearby and I was told that there was no breakfast service available for the morning. It's also far out of the city centre, a 40min walk or a bus journey. No kettle or fridge in room so it was tap water or nothing which I had to keep drinking as the room was far too warm and could not be changed. Neither could I open a window as I was on the ground floor with a street directly outside. The bed was uncomfortable and the above issues meant I had a very poor nights sleep. I was glad that I only ended up staying for only one night instead of two, getting a far nicer and cheaper room in old town for a great second nights' stay. Avoid this hotel, terrible !!@

The hotel room was very pleasant. It was on the ground floor at the back and was cool despite the heat outside. Did not mind the single beds but might be a problem to someone expecting a double bed. WiFi worked but not too well. Room was relatively comfortable. Breakfast has improved since last year but still only provides service from 0730h to 0830h promptly. Breakfast is over priced at €15 as there is not much selection and its a bit hit and miss. However, was convenient for my work.

I liked the fact it was a very calm area, that it was not expensive, though the service could be slightly better, such as soap in the shower, and a very simple breakfast, or at least some coffee in the room, like cheap even, not like an amazing expections... But I the service at reception is impeccable, the lady is very helpful, and on the ball!

Bizarre hotel, across the Danube from the centre of the city in a "quiet" area surrounded by motorways and housing blocks. Near the train station so handy for that. Long corridors of rooms with censor lights that come on as you walk past, so a bit un-nerving.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and big rooms

CHECK THE ROOM BEFORE YOU PAY..... I have paid for double bed room, i got two separated beds (I realized after paying, so please take care and check the room before you pay), when i asked why, The receptionist (who was actually the owner of the hotel who barely speak in English) started to be rude telling that I must pay for extra money to can get double bed, I checked the booking and I find that I did no mistakes and I choose correctly, and the booking is with the same price for the same night for double bed, till now I am not sure for what she want me to pay, then she turned of the lights and went to a closed office letting us on the reception, bad experience. As a conclusion, they playing with the bookings and trying to get more from gests, this is so disgusting... I will never go there again...
