Room is okay. The breakfast and dinner provide is plenty simple, not worth the price of a four stars hotel’s breakfast.
The hotel were equally impressive. One of the highlights of my stay was the Rooftop Bar experience. The Rooftop served delectable dishes prepared with the finest ingredients. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was great. Last but not least, the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests' needs set a new standard for hospitality.
Stayed at this hotel for its proximity since the other Accor hotels nearby were fully booked. Sadly, this was a wrong decision. Ibis is part of Accor hotels should have a clear standard and proper QC (for service and most important cleanliness) in which a total absence at this property. Accor puts effort to have guests becoming their ALL members, but this hotel does not really understand what kind of value to be delivered to members including their top tiers. Got checked in and was given a flooring-mop look alike towels with dark stains all over surface. Not a single guest would deserve to get this kind of towel. Those defected towels should have been scrapped away already. When asked for replacement - yes they do have towels in good condition. Question is WHY put those dirty defect ones? Front office was barely recognize loyalty membership, not even offering a late check out. When asked, a male FO staff (Ag***) replied and asked if I had reservation. How ridiculous? Not to mention, their Assistant FO Manager (D**) who was standing there, pretended to hear nothing instead of stepping in his staffs. Completely shows no leadership. For members or any guest who expect an international standard and cleanliness, STAY AWAY from this hotel. Hope this helps.
Stayed here from 4 to 5 July 2022. The staff from main gate, reception to resto were so friendly and nice. Although the hotel still recovered from the covid pandemic but they could gave great service and facilities. The room was spacious and clean, but need attention to small details. The breakfast menu were various and good taste. The swimming pool a little dirty when I stayed in weekday. The kids corner located in resto and the garden there's no playground anymore. But overall I will recommended this hotel and I would like to say thanks to the hotel staffs and management.
The hotel room was customized from twin bed to queen bed its very uncomfortable because the switch light located inthe middle of the bed,so if we just a little move the switch can be on or off,,also the room was very tiny,,no have window access,,,i paid for deluxe room but the taste like economic room
JJTtops7A very good deal for several families and friends. Well themed with small bathrooms that if I were really large then I wouldn't fit through. The rooms looked clean but the kitchen could use a better quality soap for dishes and some clhoride to sanitize and keep cups shining white. There's no kettles in the rooms but a hot water dispenser is in the kitchen and one looks so filthy it's disgusting. The kitchen needs good soap mixed with 10% hydrochloride to meet the food and hospitality standards.
