We had to move rooms because of recent construction and the smell/odor it put off. The rooms were standard.

Location is right next to two lifts. Everything you need is on site; restaurants, ski rentals, tickets, mini market and deli. Employees are very friendly and they have everything you need for a great family vacation; pool, hot tubs, game rooms, and mini golf.

We’ve stayed at Beaver Run before and we appreciate the renovations they’ve made since, it’s a great option for ski-in ski-out to the easier slopes on Peak 9. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the room but otherwise a fantastic option!

This is a great place to take your family or friends . Some of the staff were extremely helpful and others gave misinformation, they must have been new . Over all great place

The property is unique because it is close to Main St and is a ski in ski out facility with rentals, lift tickets, and other facilities onsite. We love it here and have stayed here for the past 7 years. The shuttle service is a big plus. However, it is getting outdated and needs to be updated eventually.

The location for this property was excellent. The shuttle service to downtown was very convenient as well.

Old and out dated but very convenient. Resort have a shuttle service to main street, ski/snow board rentals and lessons are available, a lot of restaurants to choose from and have their own sports store inside. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Building 1 was so old and rooms are dirty, water in the doesn’t stay hot, can hear noises from other rooms. Somewhat feels unsafe.

Beaver Run is our “go to” for ski in/out at Breck. Family usually stays in a condo but my brother and I did a hotel room in this trip. A little noisy in the hotel side. There was some confusion between the front desk and cleaning crew as to our check out date, so we got several visitors just walking into our room on the last day of our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Beaver Run and will book it again.

The closeness to the ski lift was most important to us. So this property worked well for that. Ease of getting thru the building to the lift was fairly complicated and could have sure some signage to guide our way. Otherwise the place as good.
