We had to move rooms because of recent construction and the smell/odor it put off. The rooms were standard.

Location is right next to two lifts. Everything you need is on site; restaurants, ski rentals, tickets, mini market and deli. Employees are very friendly and they have everything you need for a great family vacation; pool, hot tubs, game rooms, and mini golf.

The location and view was great but the quality of our room was poor! We asked for an upgraded room and did not get that at all. It was very dated, fireplace did not work, outlets in the living room did not work, the floor in kitchen was sticky and crumbs were left on counters. The amenities at the hotel were great but being a ski in ski out facility was a plus to but the price of lift tickets were outrageous!! It cost us a family of 6 over $1000 EACH day to ski! There should be some incentive for staying at the facility and skiing several days but there was not!!!

The resort was very conveniently located adjacent to the slopes and town. Everything was very good however the bed was a bit tired and needs to be replaced. Other than that everything was excelent

Looks like BeaverRun Hotel management is tired old and just dont care. They know skiers will come and they will have to bare with the hotel conditions. Hotel is run down, needs some TLC, ironically most of the needed fixes are small things that can be fixed quite quickly and with minimal expense. Again they just dont care. There is no housekeeping (1 per 5 days in s Suite, on site stores and restaurants are just fine, inviting you to look elsewhere. So if you have not housekeeping and need to run out to buy groceries, have diner and drinks you might as well look elsewhere to stay. Hotels need to understand that people that book hotels vs AirBnbs is because we want housekeeping and services. Keep doing limited housekeeping and you are feeding clients to airbnbs . They have a nice building, they just need to get some fresh ideas from other resorts, get people involved in activities and arrange pricing so they keep their guests in their resort all week. The foreign staff was always nice and very helpful, the american staff, so so, tired, not happy to help, but never rude.

Convenience is the only perk… Rooms are dated, hot tubs are small but pleasant, shuttle is extremely unreliable, food onsite is below average (do not waste your money on breakfast at Spencer’s - might be the worst buffet with 3 hour old food Ive ever eaten at), arcade needs a serious update and is quite disappointing. I don’t think we’d stay here again even with the convenience to ski school/lifts.

We had an awesome stay here! We were surprised how spacious the suite it is, and how family friendly it is. Ski in and out directly from the hotel, and tons of stuff to enjoy outside of ski. They had tons of hot tubs and a couple heated pools, an arcade room with free mini-golf, and many more! The price is very reasonable consider how expensive it is to stay in ski resort in Colorado today. We will definitely return.

Beautiful queen studio room with great view of the slopes! Lovely sitting area and kitchen stocked with all the essentials!

Great hotel, very convenient that it is right on the lifts and ski school. Transportation to and from main street only a quick call to front desk.
