The Grand Hotel Bregenz MGallery is ideally located - within a few steps of the main train station and the lake, yet away from the main road and the hustle and noise of the city. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but well appointed with all the necessities and quiet. The hotel has a superb wellness and fitness area with sauna, steam bath, pool, and relaxation room. All in all, had an excellent stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it.

We were able to snag night at this hotel but had to move on due to a lack of rooms. We would have loved to stay longer if we could have. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. This was a last-minute booking, so I cannot complain about the lack of room availability, and I was happy to get one night. The room was a suite and well equipped. In fact, it was an excellent room for the price. The staff was wonderful, and the location was perfect. It is walking distance to everything in Bregenz. I would return to this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to my friends. There is a bar attached to the hotel (KreuzBar, which is EXCELLENT and well run) and there is a restaurant connected by the courtyard/parking area behind the hotel. The train station, lake port, cable car, and pedestrian malls, are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is one of the best I’ve stayed in.

The location is the best in Bregenz. The front desk lady was very friendly, professional, warmly welcoming us. The room is big and superb. Very clean everything. The bed is very comportable The bathroom is huge. The breakfast is rich. They have a full buffer breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service! We stayed for the Bregenzer Festspiele in this Hotel. The hotel is roughly 15-20 minutes walk by foot away from the city center and about 30 minutes walk away from the Festspielbuehne. However, there is a free shuttle bus to the opera festival. A big plus is the very large and free parking at the hotel. Rooms have a very nice air con, in hot August days a need to have feature. We enjoyed the stay and the Phantastin breakfast and will come back next year!

Another classic Ibis. We needed a room on short notice and as always, Ibis is a known quantity. This hotel is close to the Bregenz train station and near the waterfront. The room was a bit worn and in need of a remodel. While most of the plumbing, electric, TV, etc. worked, the A/C was not adequate. The weather was hot, and the A/C didn’t even come close to keeping up with the demand. This seems to be a common failing in parts of the world where hot weather is rare but does occasionally occur. A fan in the room would make a considerable difference. Overall, this hotel is acceptable but needs a little attention.
