The hotel is tired and dated. The decor is old fashioned and there are parts of the hotel that are in need of updating or repair, especially the area near the ski locker room. There is a lack of atmosphere in the hotel, which is a shame as it could be a great place. It is in a great location for the ski lift, and the rooms were comfortable and showers were good.

We always stay here the night before going to val theorems ski resort and always receive such great service. The staff are accommodating and friendly and the location is excellent for us. The breakfast is quite basic but there is normally something for everyone. Will be returning again in march 2024.

This hotel has the potential to be really great, but it is very tired and definitely in need of a full renovation. No way is it a 4 star! That said, location is great. Bedrooms are a good size and clean, staff were lovely. Breakfast expensive for a limited buffet. And there should not be a charge for the ‘spa’. It was a small pool, steam room and sauna. Jacuzzi wasn’t working nor were the jets in the pool. This whole area also needs a full makeover. Disappointing as the photos online really made this hotel look a lot better than it is.

The hotel is in the centre of Brides Les Bain, near the bus stop tourist office. It is a big building with modern forniture. My room has been upgraded for free. I had a big room with two balconies. The breakfast is very good good. The thermes are not connected to the hotel and there is no special reduction for hotel guests. Inside the hotel there is a SPA.

This hotel would be a great choice, if you wish to save some money and be within the walking distance to the Gondola. Gondola can take you directly to Mirabel ski slopes. Hotel has everything for a nice stay - nice clean rooms, premise to store your skis and spa. However, the lowlight of the village is the limited quantity of goods restaurants and if you are looking for a nice dinner, you will have to drive to Mirabel, Courchavel, or even St. Marin.

The location is good if you want to be close to the ski lift, but that’s about the only good thing. The facilities look like they used to be good 10 years ago but have not been refreshed. The staff have no motivation and most speak no English - the lady at the reception does not even try to understand English or any attempt of French (our is not great). With the different people we interacted you get the feeling that they could not care less about guest satisfaction. The spa pretends to have restrictions where you need to reserve, but there’s nobody there to check who’s coming in, so at the end of the day it gets very crowded and there are no towels. Breakfast is ok Bottom line, if you get a cheap rate and know that you’re getting maybe 2 or 3 star standard then go for it, but not worth above that

Worst hotel ever! Not a meal, not a room service, ridiculous!!! They simply don’t care if you have children… they simply blame COVID for everything. DONT GO THERE!!! The parking is hidden, no one tells you where it is, by the way, no one helps you on nothing!!!

in our summerholidy we spend three nights in this hotel. Overall conclusion is that his hotel needs an update. Although the room was clean and spacious, the staff did not get the airconditioning to work, also the refridurator did not work for the length of the stay. The bathroom has been upgraded, but you could not hang the showerhead on the wall so you had to stand up in the bath to shower and hold the showerhead. Breakfast is good has enough for everybody. The general impression of the hotel is that for the money we payed (200 euro per night for three persons incl breakfast) it is way past its due date. the painting on the doors is damanged throughout the hotel, the carpets shows stains and the windows outside the elevator were dirty. outside the terras te tiles had not been cleaned this season and on the surrounding walls the paiint was getting loose. Again for this money i would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

passer votre chemin!!!! triste a mourir! pas meme un bar pour prendre un apèro!!! suis handicapée, on m'a facturé 10 euros de supplément pour me faire monter un petit déjeuner en chambre .une salle de restaurant avec 3 serveurs pour servir à peine une dizaine de clients.pour des raisons médicales j'ai du écourter mon séjour.de ce fait, j'ai demandé à parler au directeur afin de trouver un arrangement avec lui, compte tenu que j'avais déjà réglé la totalité de mon séjour. sauf que c'était un week end, et que personne de responsable était là!!!!! bien triste expérience, surtout quand vous êtes malade, et que vous venez pour changer d'environnement MIZOUILLETTE

Piscine et jacuzzi en panne, hôtel dans son jus et vieillissant, une chaleur intenable dans les chambres, aucun moyen de le régler

Une catastrophe de mon arrivée à mon départ. Ma chambre était collée à celle je suppose d’un employé (porte privé) musique forte l’après midi et j’ai eu la joie d’être réveillée en pleine nuit par une petite fête improvisée. Service au restaurant plus que moyen pour le standing proposé. On sent une grand désorganisation des équipes, un manque de formation et de professionnalisme sur tous les points. Toiles de poussières dans la chambre et pas de chauffage j’ai du le mettre à fond pour avoir une once de chaleur dans la pièce au bout de plusieurs heures. Environnement dans lequel je ne me suis pas sentie à l’aise. Pour finir après mon départ j’ai eu le droit à un appel de l’établissement m’informant que je n’avais pas payé mon repas du soir étonnant puisque celui-ci a bien été payé j’ai d’ailleurs demandé une facture qui a mis un bon quart d’heure à arriver car le personnel ne savait pas comment faire.. au prix de la prestation c’est très décevant et la prochaine fois j’éviterai cet établissement

Bon emplacement mais hôtel à refaire entièrement pour être conforme à ce qui est avancé. Chaleur insoutenable dans la chambre. Sentiment qu'il n'y a pas la volonté de le remettre à niveau. C'est incompréhensible pour un Mercure.
