Location is perfect, which near the harbour side and there are many restaurants.

Gorgeous hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Fab location and vistas onto the harbour. Handy for transport links too. Good service. Received free upgrade to a Classic Room. Sadly no view except concrete. The bar inside is classy and elegant, outside you could watch the world go by for hours. A very nice Chablis was had.

The hotel was very smart modern and clean. Our room was small but we had booked a standard room. Price was good compared to other hotels locally. The hotel is right next to the harbour and in the middle of a bustling nightlife. We hadn’t considered this when booking. Although the location was great, the noise from outside could be heard so loudly in our room at night. I actually thought a window was open, but it wasn’t. This went on till the early hours, music, shouting etc, so we found it hard to sleep. The bed was very comfortable though and the room spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee facilities were provided in our room, an iron and hairdryer were also there. The bathroom had a good shower, towels were provided. We didn’t dine but I did purchase a drink from the bar. After paying I was told it would be brought over to me. When it was the bartender informed me my card had declined and asked me to pay again. I did, however when I checked my bank later both payments had been paid out. Not very happy about this. Although a nice looking hotel and great price, due to the noise level at night we wouldn’t stay again. If that wouldn’t bother you the hotel would be a great choice.

Location is good. Takes 15 minutes to get to the station and 5 minutes to go to the city centre. Looks old building but reception area was fine. Room was just okay and tiny. There is a drawer under TV but it hasn’t closed at all. It kept opening. Also I left message about allocating nice view due to special occasion but they didn’t read and they gave terrible view room. Was really disappointed. Toilet is also tiny when I showered the water has been came out all the time. I don’t think it is 4 star hotel…

Stayed at this hotel several times. It's in a great location, is clean & presented very well. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Our room was slightly disappointing, as although a good size, the bathroom was quite small, the air-con was noisy & the double bed dipped in the middle. However, would happily stay here again on our next trip to Bristol.

Wonderful 2 day stay in a deluxe queen room. Lovely staff, clean rooms with good amenities, close to the theatre and shops. Plenty of paid parking. Staff went Above and beyond to make it a special stay.

Great stay. Bedding is lovely and comfortable - had a great nights sleep. Brilliant location with onsite parking too!

The room was upgraded for us upon arrival. Our room was clean and tidy, very comfortable beds! My only problem, so to speak, was the bathroom ceiling looking a little dirty- probably needs a fresh coat of paint, but there was someone's hair on it. Staff were friendly and helpful in all areas, including the bar staff. The property is well presented, very bright, fresh and modern with lots of comfortable seating.

Hotel is in a good location for exploring Bristol. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Car parking available at adjacent NCP car park but there was a £16 charge for this for 24 hours. Bar area was nice. Room was spacious (delux king) and bed was very comfortable. The negatives were some of the furniture was little worn and needed replacing/reupholstering and the bathroom was tiny and was again looking a little tired. Overall a nice stay though.

It was our first time staying at the bristol hotel we thought the location was great and suitable for our trip to the hippodrome. On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful our room was a good size lovely king size bed with comfortable chairs which i like in an hotel room it was nice and clean We went down to the bar for a drink the gentleman serving was polite and informed us the would come and take our order i thought that was a nice touch. We included breakfast in our stay and im glad we did it didn't disappointed there was a wonderful selection to choose from i would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning.

Great hotel for a weekend or short stay in Bristol. Located right on the quay within short walk to the main attractions. Parking adjacent to the hotel. Really helpful reception staff. Very tasty full english breakfast buffet. Room on a smaller side but comfortable. It would have been nice to have a mini-bar but room service was outstanding (food was delightful). Room showing signs of time with some wallpaper peeling off. Fantastic cocktail bar downstairs.
