Bon.hotel en d3hors de la ville

Quiet and comfortable. Some signs of work needed (e.g. damage to back of wardrobe - but hardly serious) Pleasant and helpful staff

Fine overnight stay again. Tired rooms but very comfortable beds.

Stayed here 1 night, room was very dated, floor had section of flooring broken, toilet heater only stays on for a few minutes, 2 power points, 1 had tv plugged in, 1 had kettle. Really needs a total refurbishment well below standard for campanile. The bed was clean and fresh.

Found it difficult to find in the dark. Staff pleasant Room too noisy due to lorries and traffic very near Good to have tea making facilities

Horrible hotel. Dirty, creepy, old, stinky... It is not worth 20 euros a night. We stayed in a room for disabled people and you can see how well "adapted"the bathroom is. Avoid any Campanile hotel if you can. They were ok 35 years ago, not anymore.

The place where we stay with my wife and my daughter were not cleaned at all, above all the toilets. The dinner was not so good as well. Despite this, the people working at the hotel and the breakfast delicious

Booked a Campanile as knew there would be a restaurant. The Hotel was very dated and the room needed repainting and updating. The room had a bath with shower over, but no grab handles. The room was overpriced and a disappointment. Room 5 was very dark and under the stairs to the first floor, not a nice room. The plus was that there was "Happy Hour" from 5-7pm which took us up to the restaurant opening at 7. The restaurant was good, the staff helpful, and the food was very good. I suspect the Hotel keeps going on the reputation of the restaurant.

As I wasn't the one paying the bill, I cannot comment on whether this hotel was value for money or not. I only stayed one night and I was generally pretty happy. My room was accessed from an external balcony, so not ideal as it was raining pretty much most of the time. The room was adequate, the bed was comfortable, the room clean and warm. My only complaints were that the TV didn't work, so I was stuck with one channel - not a problem as I'm not a TV fan - and I was forced to seek help from reception as I couldn't get the bathroom lights to work. The lights were working, but you have to wait a long time for them to come on. Breakfast was fine, and staff at reception friendly and helpful. So, overall, I was happy.
