Everything was as expected. The staff was very nice. The pool is a bit small though. But other than that everything was amazing

This is my second time staying at this property. Overnight staff was horrible. Toilet was clogged. No assistance. We had to unclog it ourselves. Will not recommend. Very loud on the floor after midnight

The front desk staff was unprofessional & combative when asking for menus in the room which there weren't and should have been. We went to the front desk & she had to find a menu which she had a problem with who fault is that. We had to take a picture of the menu. Asked about coffee/tea and was told they only offer it for breakfast otherwise you have to pay $4 dollars for tea ridiculous. I have stayed at inexpensive hotels where tea/coffee is complimentary. That was my first time at this Hilton & last, especially as a Hilton member for a years

I was so disappointed. There was a horrible odor from the moment you checked in, musty smell. You could hear everything and there was a constant sound of a large fan outside. I didnt gave ear plugs, so slept very little. Will not stsy here again

the suite was large and roomy. the fitness center was inadequate. the treadmill was broken the other equipment for example, the bicycle, was impossible to adjust to my height. all three pieces of equipment were in need of servicing.

I don’t like walking into a lobby with a bar! A little loud for me! Hallway on my floor had an odor

The first room I was given had a broken heating unit. The second room I was put in has dirty stained carpet and plaster all over the wallpaper in the bathroom. The couch is dirty. I’m unpleasantly surprised

A lot of undesirables walking in and out of the lobby. People smoking out front and lingering around the front desk looked like crack-heads. It seemed like there was something shady going on between the front desk staff and the “guests” lingering the lobby area. Also the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like dirt. Very disappointed in this hotel.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long while...and to think this is a Hilton! Where to start: 1) no safe in room 2) closet door broken - would not slide 3) smoke detector not attached to ceiling 3) large stain on couch 4) coffee table is a small square - not sure what it is 5) no light on both sides of bed - just one side 6) end table - same side as no light - just a small square table - no drawer or cubby 7) treadmill in exercise room broken 8) Peloton was "updating" for two days and unable to use 9) jacuzzi was empty and broken 10) no coffee in lobby during the day - only during breakfast hours - ridiculous - its cold during the winter in NY - the least you could do is provide coffee for your guests! 11) lamp shade in room torn and cracked 12) towel/robe hook on bathroom door not secure, kept spinning around and dropping the towel off the hook. To think that I paid for this horrible stay - I did mention all this to the concierge and they told me to complain here & apologized for the inconvenience. This was completely unacceptable and I feel that Hilton has fallen to a new low.
