What a wonderful experience in this kind hotel! Very kind personnel, beautiful environment of hotel itself, wonderful SPA, tasteful food from the “MasteCheff”. Nice relaxing drink by the fireplace after dinner and in the morning shuttle bus to the slopes. After skiing all day we returned with the hotel shuttle and being welcomed with afternoon snack. Can not expect more!!!

We have spent a week at the hotel and we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is great, starting at the reception and continuing until room service. Everybody is super-friendly and very helpful. The location is ok, couple of minutes till the lifts on the bus, 10 min by walk. The restaurant and the food were fabulous, every day was something new, but we all had something for us to eat and enjoy. The SPA is also great, especially the outdoor pool and whirlpool. The family pool is very good, the saunas are a step down, nothing special there. We stayed at double superior rooms and we have nothing to complain about, except the pillows. Initially they were not comfortable for our taste, but the staff quickly changed them. The room has a small wardrobe and a great view. The hotel has a small indoor parking, but there is a height limitation about 2m10.

This is a perfect kind of hotel, great location, with beautiful pool and wellness, the food is very delicious, the staff very kind and friendly, comfortable and modern rooms with great view, shuttle bus to Plan de corrones in any time of the day, all in one perfect!

We had a wonderful stay, everybody is very friendly and helpful. The dinner was excellent, everyday nice and tasteful dishes. The room was comfortable with lots of space, balcony, large bathroom and big bed.

Our second visit to Hotel Rudolf, impeccable as the first time, room clean and tidy, staff frendly, food offer for breakfast and dinner excellent, wellness for soul and body. We spent a wonderful days at the opening of the ski season.

Staff, meals, cleanliness, content, equipment, kindness and friendliness, innovation and guest access method mixed with tradition is excellent. Price/quality ratio 5/5. Hotel Rudolf is best place around Plan de Corones / Kronplatz.

Superb location and service, sincerely friendly staff, great food including 4-course dinner, shuttle service to the slopes. There is also a full wellness centre with both indoor and outdoor pool, spa, whirlpool and a gym. We were with our 2 children and had a blast!

We had a fabulous stay at the Rudolf, we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. Ski shuttle service was brilliant, lockers and facilities really good. Really couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will certainly return.
