ホテルマイコンチネンタルガラデノールは、ブカレストを探索する4日間の強固な基盤を提供しました。地下鉄と鉄道駅に関する非常に便利な場所。中心部まで徒歩圏内(約20分)。ホテルは清潔で安全でした。私たちの部屋は私たちが必要とするすべてを提供し、一般的な雰囲気は快適でした。特別な言及に値するのは、朝食の時間(ユーモラスで非常にプロフェッショナル)のレストランスタッフと、提供される朝食–豊富で新鮮でおいしいです。また、バーで気配りがあり素敵な紳士と夕方に素敵な雰囲気があります。前向きな経験をありがとう、戻ってくるのを楽しみにしています...

No complaints at all about this hotel - it does exactly what it says on the tin. Its in a good location for travellers - walking distance from the train station and right beside the city metro. Rooms are reasonable size, with shower, toilet, TV and hairdryer. Decor is nice and modern and the whole area is very clean. Check-in staff very friendly and spoke good English.

ホテルの部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っており、広さは普通でした。 ベッドはとても快適でした。 朝は朝食も提供しており、品数豊富なビュッフェ形式で楽しめます。 そしてホテルのスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 ホテルは中心部からは近くありませんが、バス停はホテルから徒歩 2 分です。 また、空港から来る場合は、良い場所にあります。 もう一度繰り返します。 強くお勧めします。

ホテルトランジットに到着したとき、デスクに誰もいないことは絶対にありませんでした。許可されたのは午後11時頃でしたが、ウェブサイトには設定されたチェックイン時間制限はありません(午後2時から始まるだけです)。45分ぐらい待って誰かが現れ、到着した人はあまりフレンドリーでコミュニケーションが取れませんでした。何度か前後して、私は彼らが私の予約の記録を持っていないと言われました しかし、私はちょうど前日に彼らから電話を受けました (メッセージは残っていません) だから彼らは間違いなく私の情報を持っていました。夜の受付は、私がそれらのゲストと一緒に滞在しているかどうか尋ねるためにそこに滞在している他の人の個人情報を私に示しました。まだ支払いがあったのかと聞かれ、ノーと言うが、鍵をくれ、支払いなしで部屋に入れてくれた。とても奇妙なチェックイン体験。全体的に、部屋は悪くなかった。残念ながらレセプションのすぐ横の部屋にいて、絶対に全てが聞こえるので、電話が鳴るか人々がチャットして毎日目が覚めました。昼間の受付は英語は通じませんがとてもフレンドリーで、朝の滞在に必ず支払いをしました。私の部屋には大きなベッド1つ、クローゼット、バスルーム、屋外の座席エリアへの窓、テレビがあります。ロビーからすべてを聞くことができるので、テレビを試したことはありませんが、その逆です。初日はお湯がありませんでしたが、2日目は大丈夫でした。バスルームには石鹸とシャワージェルが含まれます。部屋には冷蔵庫やケトルはありませんがキッチンがあります。朝食は含まれていませんが、レセプションに準備を頼むと1日1杯のコーヒーが許可されます。Wi-Fiはルーマニアにとっては不特徴的にスポッティで、毎分接続して切断します。この場所の素晴らしいことは価格だけでなく場所です。Gara de Nordから8分ぐらいで、途中にランドリーもあります。近くにはメガイメージの雑貨店がたくさんあり、素敵な公園もあります。メトロなどはすべて便利な場所にあります。旧市街やアテネウムのあるエリアまで歩いて行くのはとても簡単です。全体的に、私はここに滞在することを嫌いませんでした。それは少し厄介で奇妙でしたが、昼間の受付は非常に甘く、ほとんど存在しないルーマニア人ハハハに感銘を受けたふりをしました。電車で旅行している場合は、1〜2泊再びここに滞在します。

Marriott upper-scale properties, such as their Autograph Collection &/or Tribute Portfolio brands, continue to miss the mark. Weak management seems to plague many of these properties & consistent delivery of Marriott's Bonvoy Program only exists in the minds of HQ Executives. The experience of Bonvoy Members is something quite different in reality, since members NEVER know what to expect until they check in. Just finished 12 nights in 6 different European Marriott brands in 3 countries & only 1 even bothered to acknowledge our lifetime elite membership status. Otherwise, we received the same treatment as a guest staying at a Marriott property for the 1st time. The Marmorosch is indeed a beautiful property -- or at least the exterior & lobby area are. The rooms themselves are more more like Fairfield Inn properties in the US. Basic to the extreme & poor housekeeping was evident throughout the property. Trash that littered the floor on arrival was still there 3 days later, as were the blood droplets on the bathroom floor, & one has to question what type of housekeeping would leave a bed in the condition of the one in the attached photos? Only 1 side of the huge hand-pull drapes worked & could be opened, so we called to ask that someone be sent to fix the other side. A pleasant gentleman promptly appeared to tell us that they could not fix the drapes because a separate company had to be scheduled to do the repair. We subsequently learned from an honest employee that the non-functioning drapes issue has plagued the property since opening & is well known to owner/management. The property was previously a bank so there is a bar in the lower level Vault area, which one would incorrectly assume to be a beautiful & sophisticated location for cocktails. Unfortunately, as you descend the stairs to the lower level the loud & pulsating disco music immediately lets you know that your expectations are incorrect. We looked in the door & decided to not even bother entering & returned to the beautiful Lobby for drinks, but left after 15 minutes when no one arrived at the bar to offer service, & others who were waiting when we arrived were still unserved when we departed. Breakfast was a manic mess since the room where it is served is not capable of meeting guest needs if the hotel is more than 75% occupied. Many of the food items that should be hot are cold & unappetizing. Never saw a breakfast menu on a table in the first 2 days of our stay, & only after asking about cooked-to-order items that were being served around us on the 3rd day, were we given a menu with several options that are, in fact, available for breakfast. Check-in was the biggest fiasco we have ever encountered at ANY Marriott property. A full 50 minutes to check-in with only 2 employees manning the 4-5 positions & the Bonvoy Member sign on the front desk was completely meaningless. Only after several guests began to openly complain about the wait did a 3rd employee appear, but she gave ZER

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

Really nice staff especially front desk and morning breakfast. However facilities could do with some upgrading especially the carpets (fully flat) and the aircon. We were there during really hot summer and it took a long while (like hours) before the temperature could come down to a reasonable cool level/

Someone might ask why 5/5 ! Short story I want to tell you about our long journey from country being in a war. Don’t know why bout we choose that hotel “ IBIS Style Bucharest Airport Hotel “ now I can see it’s was good choice! We just stepped in with no reservations at all after 20h of trip 😬 The hotel staff sorted us out with no questions asked even they were busy enough! We will try the best we can for you! And they did it! It’s special thanks for this, for professional support and service also nice and clean room and good food! 🙌🙌 I would recommend to you all!
