Struttura con posizione ottima super centrale. Camera molto bella al quarto pian, pulita curata e silenziosa. Molto apprezzato il servizio piscina, sauna e palestra. Self check-in comodo e funzionale, Concierge disponibile. Consiglio alla struttura di scrivere più informazioni dettagliate su booking ad esempio a quale email bisogna inviare i documenti personali per avere i codici di accesso alla struttura, perchè nei dettagli della prenotazione non è specificato e abbiamo dovuto contattare noi il call center dall’ Italia che fortunatamente peró è stato veloce e disponibile nell’ aiutarci.

Marriott upper-scale properties, such as their Autograph Collection &/or Tribute Portfolio brands, continue to miss the mark. Weak management seems to plague many of these properties & consistent delivery of Marriott's Bonvoy Program only exists in the minds of HQ Executives. The experience of Bonvoy Members is something quite different in reality, since members NEVER know what to expect until they check in. Just finished 12 nights in 6 different European Marriott brands in 3 countries & only 1 even bothered to acknowledge our lifetime elite membership status. Otherwise, we received the same treatment as a guest staying at a Marriott property for the 1st time. The Marmorosch is indeed a beautiful property -- or at least the exterior & lobby area are. The rooms themselves are more more like Fairfield Inn properties in the US. Basic to the extreme & poor housekeeping was evident throughout the property. Trash that littered the floor on arrival was still there 3 days later, as were the blood droplets on the bathroom floor, & one has to question what type of housekeeping would leave a bed in the condition of the one in the attached photos? Only 1 side of the huge hand-pull drapes worked & could be opened, so we called to ask that someone be sent to fix the other side. A pleasant gentleman promptly appeared to tell us that they could not fix the drapes because a separate company had to be scheduled to do the repair. We subsequently learned from an honest employee that the non-functioning drapes issue has plagued the property since opening & is well known to owner/management. The property was previously a bank so there is a bar in the lower level Vault area, which one would incorrectly assume to be a beautiful & sophisticated location for cocktails. Unfortunately, as you descend the stairs to the lower level the loud & pulsating disco music immediately lets you know that your expectations are incorrect. We looked in the door & decided to not even bother entering & returned to the beautiful Lobby for drinks, but left after 15 minutes when no one arrived at the bar to offer service, & others who were waiting when we arrived were still unserved when we departed. Breakfast was a manic mess since the room where it is served is not capable of meeting guest needs if the hotel is more than 75% occupied. Many of the food items that should be hot are cold & unappetizing. Never saw a breakfast menu on a table in the first 2 days of our stay, & only after asking about cooked-to-order items that were being served around us on the 3rd day, were we given a menu with several options that are, in fact, available for breakfast. Check-in was the biggest fiasco we have ever encountered at ANY Marriott property. A full 50 minutes to check-in with only 2 employees manning the 4-5 positions & the Bonvoy Member sign on the front desk was completely meaningless. 広とした、静かで、清潔で整頓された部屋で、毎日サービスを提供しています。ワッフルを含む複数の選択肢の素晴らしい朝食 :-) と、遠足のために早めに出発しなければならないときに持ち帰り用の詰め込み朝食を提供しました。レストランで食事をしました-食べ物の素晴らしいスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで気配りがあります。ホテルは旧市街の端に位置し、783の空港バス停留所と地下鉄からわずか約100mです。すべてのラウンドで優れた価値。

これは基本的な設備を備えたシンプルなホテルですが、それが必要なすべてだったので、私たちはそれに非常に満足していました。外に座って、気に入ったら天気を楽しむことができるいくつかの場所があります。唯一の欠点は、荷物を保管せず、チェックアウトが早い(午前10時)だったので、フライトが遅れたので別の日を取らなければなりませんでした。

No complaints at all about this hotel - it does exactly what it says on the tin. Its in a good location for travellers - walking distance from the train station and right beside the city metro. Rooms are reasonable size, with shower, toilet, TV and hairdryer. Decor is nice and modern and the whole area is very clean. Check-in staff very friendly and spoke good English.

We have stayed at Mercure Unirii during a conference event I had to attend in Bucharest. It has a very good location, good accomodation facilities, excelent breakfast service, excelent cleaning, friendly and helpfull staff everywhere: Bar, Reception and especilly the responsible for the breakfast. În the morning of the checkout as I was schedule to go to a doctor check up with my 7 years old daughter we did not have time to take breakfast and the lady was very helpfull and kind saying I can take whatever I need packed to go. I really apreciate it!

予約メールでは、早期入場料については何も記載されていませんが、WhatsAppから、アパートに入った直後に10ポンドを支払わなければならないと言われました。

房間住得挺舒服的，安靜，床軟。就是沒提供一次性洗漱用品，一次性拖鞋也需要找前台要。酒店點餐偏貴，自助早餐提供的東西挺多，味道也好不錯。
