TownePlace Suites Buckeye Verrado

From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. All staff members that my husband and I came into contact with were super friendly and made us feel welcome.

We were a little disappointed. Upon arrival at the room, there was dark hair in the bathroom sink, which we found astonishing. The room was new and clean, but very small. There was a humming sound all night, not sure what that came from but it woke us several times. Pillows were very hard. Breakfast not great at all, but there is at least a Starbucks right across the parking lot. It is very convenient to 1-10 and Verrado so that's the biggest plus. Expected better from a new hotel.

Good location in southwest quadrant of the Phoenix area. Convenient to Verado and Buckeye.

Great property. I loved the location. Our fuse box went out several times. The property is decorated with beautiful art. The staff is amazing.

Very nice hotel. Extremely spacious room, great bathroom. Online check in makes arrival quick and easy. Culver's, Quik Market, Taco Bell, Starbucks across from parking lot.

This property is brand new. The faculty, decor and rooms are very nice. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Their outdoor pool and patio area were very enjoyable and close to the indoor bar area. Easy walking distance to quick mart and gas station . just a walk across the parking lot to s few fast food and restaurants .

Towneplace at Verrado was new in early 2023 and is beautiful. The room we stayed in looked like it had never had an occupant, judging by how clean it was. We love the Verrado area and this hotel with its kitchenettes, cleanliness, and nice pool area is a great addition.

Clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast options. Room with refrigerator, microwave, and stocked with glasses and utensils. Very nice stay!
